Gliderol Omdömen 

Had a problem with my door, which was installed about 5 years ago. Rang the company and was put through to Lee Cotton in the technical support team. He was excellent, guiding a complete technical novice through what needed to be done in clear and simple language. Door now works again!

I contacted Gliderol on their website on Sunday morning, I got a response at 08:09 on Monday morning, I called their office to explain the problem and was called back by an engineer within 10 mins. He talked me through the issue and I was able to sort it out. Excellent customer service and support and many thanks to the engineer.Lee

Could not ask for better service. Cam was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assure me what parts I required, So you are aware this comment comes from a director of a company. If he worked for me I would promote him.

Great garage doors and a friendly helpful customer service team.

Door delivered as promised. Fits the measurements perfectly ( fitted myself ) and operated smoothly and quietly. I’m very pleased and impressed with Gliderol.

I have now had a reply from Gliderol in which they say they have seen pictures of the " RUST SPOTS ", ( Pictures I sent the installer some 18 months since ) and state that my warranty is with the installer with whom I have no confidence. There is evidence of rust which they have admitted but their take on it is that it has been caused by external factors such as ( According to their " Rep " ) was caused by grinding. The rust is only in the bottom panel and if grinding had taken place in the area as suggested surely the marks would have been in other areas of the door. Waste of time and effort.

Bought two replacement keys for my garage door, when they arrived they were very flimsy and looked different to each other even though they were for the same lock and neither of them worked! Called customer service who said I would be better to order a complete new lock and keys and they would refund me for the faulty keys if I returned them. I purchased the complete lock and returned the keys but I haven’t received a refund - waste of postage costs to return them

Rebecca responded to my queries regarding a remote control replacement and was extremely helpful through the whole process.
