On Monday 17/07/26 we had a pre-arranged visit from "AJ"a Gledhill electrician.He replaced the light fittings in the bathroom,and a couple of wall switches which were faulty.He was unable to replace a pull cord on a ceiling fan which had broken off. Later the same day Lacey called from Gledhill and said that if we wanted to change our fan(s),the company would install them free of charge.This is a very generous offer and we are pleased to accept it.We shall be away on holiday soon,and when we return we shall have to look for new fans, so we are probably looking at late September for the fitting
I hope that AJ can possibly do the job.He was a very pleasant young man who knew what he was doing and cleaned up when he finished.

Since I have been here just over 12 months all the staff have been great but mainly it has been Will attending any issues. He is always friendly, helpful, cheerful, obliging, competent and nothing is too much trouble.

Alex was amazing. Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly. He explained everything about the issue and how he has fixed it. Alex was very respectful of my property. I had a text to say he would be 20 minutes and he was well within the time scale I was given for the appointment.

Josh the engineer arrived earlier on in…
Josh the engineer arrived earlier on in the morning which meant I didn’t have to wait in all morning. He introduced himself examined the boiler explained the fault he had discovered and what he was going to do. Put in my new switch did the boiler health check and topped up the header tank. Thank you for a successful visit from a cheerful and professional Gledhill engineer

Leaking Boilermate fixed
We had an intermittent leak in our Boilermate. Josh the engineer repaired it with the minimum of fuss and disruption and we're now reassured that all is well. Worth the money spent for peace of mind.

Superb customer service
We have used Geldhill for our cylinders throughout this 500 apartment project in Manchester and they have been super reliable and excellent customer service when we have had any issues.
they have always delivered as promised on time and been really quick to respond when we where in need, Denis has been happy to help or to point me in the right direction of the correct person to speak to if he cant help us.
i would definitely use this company again on future projects

Since paying for a new boiler and…
Since paying for a new boiler and installation, I have been less than impressed by their customer service. They forgot to install a magnetic filter, so when reminded they said they would order one and fit it as soon as possible. 3 weeks later, nothing heard, I phoned them only to find the filter had still not been ordered. On the third attempt, they still did not order my part. 2 months after installation, I received my filter but then had my engineer cancel on me. Promised a phone call to rearrange which did not come. Now away on holiday so will not have it fitted for at least another 2 weeks. Very disappointed.

Excellent company…had a service…
Excellent company…had a service contract for my boiler for 3 years now. The Service engineer, A.J. , visited yesterday . Did a great job and even sorted out the timer for me. Would highly recommend and their charges are very reasonable too
