Had our second service by M&R Plumbing after they installed our new boiler 2 years ago. Got a handy reminder by text and email that it was due. Engineer was punctual and completed the job quickly and without any fuss. Would definitely recommend (again and again)!

Excellent Service was had…
The service man and the apprentice were friendly and explained everything that they were doing. A minor part needs to be replaced, they took a photo of it and showed us the issue.
This is the third time that we have used the MR company, it will not be the last.

The Fitter turned up within the allotted time schedule.
He greeted me , explained what he was going to do, he was very approachable open to discussions explained what he needed and I directed him to the supply's he required. As the work progressed I was kept informed of what he was doing, extremely polite always asked permission to enter room, even though I told him he had access and to go where and when he needed to.
Upon completion I was given a run through the manual and the controller.

Phoned up to book a boiler service.A few dates were offered.Liam turned up to do the service.He explained exactly what he was doing,and was very friendly with it.From phone call to service completion,first class.Highly recommended.
