All the staff are polite and courteous - job done on time to exact specifications - even though I wanted something different Scott got exactly what I wanted - quote done within days and radiator installed in less than a fortnight - brilliant job as always .

The engineer turned up at the alloted time. He was very pleasant and polite. He did a boiler service and advised that the boiler was in tip top condition which is very reassuring to an elderly person. I always use westcountry gas as they provide a great service and are quick to come out if something goes wrong.

Amazing Service
Our boiler broke down on Friday lunchtime and by 2.30pm it was up and running again. Scott & the team yet again pulled out all the stops, obtaining and fitting a new fan with urgency. Every time I have gone to Scott, he has pulled out all the stops. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are simply the best!
