Excellent service from AJ
AJ has visited my apartment this morning to fit some bath taps and plugs. He has also attended to the flow of my wet room shower. I am absolutely delighted I now have a shower that flows much faster he has made my day!
He is always polite and very pleasant such an asset to your company. Always phones to say he will be with you in 15 mins. Respects my property taking his shoes off. Nothing is too much trouble.
He always tries to find a solution to the problem and I very much appreciate it.
If he can’t do it at the time he always advises what steps need to be taken for the problem to be solved.
A thoroughly nice and approachable young man. 10/10 for customer service from him
