Liam’s quick repair
Liam came to my apartment as part of the Gledhill Insurance. I could not flush my toilet, Liam quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the problem instantly. A very professional engineer, whose work was neat and tidy I was very impressed with his ability to repair the problem.

Was really worried when a toilet…
Was really worried when a toilet cistern leak developed. Not gushing but concerned it might affect the flat below us. Called the Customer service team who arranged for an engineer ( I think his name was Stuart) to attend the same day. Stuart was a great ambassador for Gledhill. Respectful and courteous, sorted the problem out quickly. ( It was a loose connection). Stuart also noticed that there was a problem with the inlet valve, which he also rectified. So glad I took out the maintenance plan with Gledhill . reliable , trusty , gives me peace of mind , knowing that help is there instead of having to try and find a plumber at short notice that may charge a fortune.

Not A Great Experience Calling Gledhill Today
Mixed experienced calling up today to enquire about a warranty. The first person just wouldn't listen, and then ended the call. The second person at least tried to help by referring my query to a team leader or similar. She changed what would have been a one star rating to a three.

Had a boiler repair from Gledhill which…
Had a boiler repair from Gledhill which required two new emersion heaters and flush through of the system. Liam turned up to do repair and was very thorough and really helpful. So far, everything seems to be working well 🤞
Liam has attended my property before for annual boiler service, I’ve always found him to be pleasant to deal with, always polite and courteous, very professional.

Boiler wasn’t heating up water in the…
Boiler wasn’t heating up water in the house. Called customer service who was quick to answer, polite and informative. Will, the heating engineer was out to see us quickly. Friendly and efficient, all working and back to normal within an hour. Highly recommended and would use again.

Living in a retirement building
Living in a retirement building and having hot water delivered via a Gledhill Boiler, was for me the first time I had encountered this form of heating water.
I subscribed to the boiler cover, which after eight plus years came into its own. The engineer replaced all the necessary components and I didn’t have to pay.

Will the engineer who'd travelled up from Liverpool to Glasgow to help out was great.
A very nice guy,he fitted a new hot water pump and also repaired some wiring that he said he thought might be causing problems too. 👍

Excellent service from Gledhill
Excellent service from Gledhill maintenance staff, particularly Scott who went above and beyond, not only on the boiler service but in identifying the mysterious phantom flush when I turned on the hot water. Outstanding.

The response from Gledhill was…excellent
The response from Gledhill was excellent, phoned one day and the repair was completed the next day.
Problem was non flushing toilet.
Internal workings required replacement this was carried out by an efficient and friendly plumber.
The whole experience was excellent .

A. J. the engineer who came to our apartment at Whyburn Court to replace a double electric socket yesterday did an excellent job for us. He was a very friendly and courteous man who carried out the job swiftly and expertly.
