The engineer phoned me before arriving and was spot on time. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I was very impressed with his work and now have hot water again. I would thoroughly recommend Gledhills to anyone.

Great response by Rich from Rugby
I have been with Gledhill for about ten years. I needed them to help me out today and within 2 hours an engineer arrived and fixed the problem. He was scheduled to see me tomorrow but as he was close by he used his common sense and helped me
today. So I want to thank Rich from Rugby for his efficient and effective response. His actions were typical of Gledhill Response from the people who answer the phone to guys like Rich who are polite and good at what the do. Thanks guys.

Excellent Service
Everything about Gledhill from their customer service to the engineers is excellent. At Applegate House we expect the best for our customers and Gledhill certainly deliver. Every engineer that has been on site has always been polite and courteous and has been very knowledgeable when it comes to repairing a fault. Their customer service team is the same, always willing to help and nothing is too much trouble. Huge shout out to Amy who recently coordinated the servicing of our ventilation system. These tasks are not easy especially when dealing with a building full of people who are all wanting a service on the same day. Needless to say, it all ran like clockwork.

Aaron the Engineer. He drained our boiler very easy assured us no more leaks. Vey professional let's hope Gledhill can come and fit our new boiler sooner than 30th September as we now have no hot water

Following a call to Gledhiil about a leak from my flat to one below a plumber very quickly came and checked the flat below then traced where he thought the leak was coming from. He had to remove a bath panel, located and fixed the leak then diligently cleaned up after himself. An excellent job! Very well done Gledhill I am so glad I am insured with them!

The Engineer A.J .gave us a call 30mins before arriving and arrived on time .Very polite and knew straight away what the problem was . Did not leave until all aspects of the heating was working .

First time I have had to call them out toilet wouldn’t flush came out with in the hour unfortunately didn’t have the parts needed but ordered them and was fixed 48 hours later which was a Sunday, everyone I spoke to on the phone was respectful and polite the 2 engineers that attended were lovely and even put us a new shower in because he said the other one was loose I can’t praise them enough well done to everyone

Super efficient company.
I cannot rate Gledhill highly enough. If l could give them 10 stars l would. Super efficient company from first enquiry. Helpful engineers who are very knowledgable. A huge thank you to Stuart yesterday who not only fixed my bathroom light, but kindly helped me understand my Dimplex Quantum heater. Well done Gledhill for employing such excellent engineers.

Response time was excellent
Response time was excellent. Engineer was concise and clear in his diagnosis with my boiler. Two hours of changing parts due to a leak found, was exceptional. I have no hesitation in awarding the engineer (and Gledhill) a rating of 5.
