Excellent service from gledhill response.
Booking the fix was excellent. Ann ensured I understood the terms and conditions fully . The engineer Stuart contacted me an hour before he arrived promptly. He efficiently replaced one thermostat and reset thr other.Told me another visit will be essential to replacle the faulty immersions within a for a permanent fix.This would be set up by the office. Stuart is an asset to gledhill. Wish all engineers were like him . Thank you . Looking forward to receiving same work practice on the next visit.

I always have an excellent experience …
I always have an excellent experience quick response times, friendly and approachable engineers. Very happy. Finally signed up to the monthly direct debit, but TBF, if you don’t have a direct debit, they do have a capped amount which I think is a really good idea. Better to go with the DT which I finally did, but onto occasions without the DD I’ve paid the cap amount and it sees me through for the whole 12 months. I think that’s a good deal as well.

Highly Recommended Gledhill / Gledhill Reponse
We cannot recommend highly enough the support received by Gledhill (customer service) and Gledhill Response. Those members to whom we spoke were all simply outstanding.
In particular, Tom Arthur, who was polite, efficient and we were immensely grateful for his expertise and support.

Excellent service throughout
Excellent service throughout! Communications were easy from the start, reporting the fault through to a ETA of the engineer's attendence. A J traced the fault and repaired due to being prepared before the visit, the part was available to fit on the day.

Excellent response time to my fault…
Excellent response time to my fault with my boiler. The engineer turned up at the agreed time had it fixed very quickly. Nice and tidy worker. I can highly recommend this company.

The service centre listened offered choice of call and explained would get notification on day before of am or pm

Excellent service
The engineer was on time, professional and friendly. He obviously took a pride in his work. The customer service department were also friendly and efficient. I would highly recomnend Gledhill for the service they provide.

I don’t normally leave reviews
I don’t normally leave reviews, but AJ definitely deserves one.
He called about an hour before arriving on Saturday afternoon to let us know he was on his way, which was really appreciated.
From the moment he arrived, AJ was friendly, professional and easy to talk to. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our Pulsacoil boiler and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. He answered all our questions without ever making us feel rushed and clearly talked us through the steps needed to fix it.
The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since.
It’s not often you come across someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely great with customers. AJ made what could have been a stressful situation straightforward and hassle-free. A real credit to Gledhill. Thanks again, AJ!

Great service
I had no hot water in my flat
I rang Gledhill they promised me a next day service but they came within 2 hours instead.
Nice friendly plumber fixed it with lighting speed
He replaced 2 burnt out thermostats job done .
