Craig Wiles has made the overall experience fantastic! Very knowledgeable when it comes to information on our pressure washer. We had a couple issues which he rectified immediately for us and we are happy with the immediate response and dedication to get the matters solved urgently. Damaged hose
I had purchased a jet washer from Hyundai in December 25 and two months later with little use the hose was leaking water. The damaged hose was replaced under warranty and arrived today.
I would like to thank Craig from customer support for his efficiency and for providing excellent customer service.

Craig was the person who handled my query and when a replacement part was unavailable he arranged for a replacement strimmer. At all times he was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Craig is a credit to the company. Thank you, Craig.

Purchased a chainsaw and the pull cord…
Purchased a chainsaw and the pull cord was faulty. Spoke to Paul Jones at customer service and he was a gentleman. He explained how to fit the pull cord assembly and it was delivered the next day. Just could not fault anything or anybody. 5star service.

Five star service
Great communication from the start Poonam was efficient in getting my problem sorted as was Shadiya who took over dealing with faulty battery chainsaw, the saw wasn’t economical to repair so an agreed replacement was offered. Can’t praise the service enough. I will definitely buy Hyundai tools again

Staff at HYUNDAI get 5*****
I have given a 5 star for the help of the staff at HYUNDAI, I bought a microwave that when used would have an excess of condensation. 2 times Jade from HYUNDAI tried to get FEDEX to my house to pick up but with no show each time. Jade was very helpful. I in the end sent it back through amazon from where I bought it. FedEx get a - 5* for being useless.
