Shambolic logistics, broken promises, and defensive customer service
I ordered an item on Wednesday at 2:31 PM—one minute past their advertised 2:30 PM cut-off. While the live chat agent (Paul) couldn't push it through for Thursday, he explicitly promised it would be dispatched Thursday for Friday delivery.
Friday arrived, and DPD tracking showed they hadn't even been handed the parcel. It didn't arrive until later. To make matters worse, I never even received an order confirmation email despite requests.
When I raised this with customer service, I received a defensive email from Mitch who completely missed the point. He argued about the Wednesday cut-off, totally ignoring the fact that they failed to ship it on Thursday as promised.
More alarmingly, Mitch stated their couriers leave by 2:00 PM. If your couriers leave at 2:00 PM, advertising a 2:30 PM cut-off time is a structural impossibility and completely misleading to customers.
The lack of accountability and basic reading comprehension from their support team is shocking. If you expect reliable delivery timelines or a company that takes ownership of its mistakes, look elsewhere.
Wish I had read all the other reviews before ordering, I would of gone elsewhere is the first place!
