Problem battery charger.…
I had a problem with a faulty battery charger whilst still under warranty, I contacted Hyundai customer service and the matter was resolved in double quick time by Paul Jones providing me with a replacement charger 3 days after me raising the issue. Outstanding customer service, many thanks.
Excellent Service
When I needed some help with an issue I spoke with Craig Wiles on the helpdesk and Craig handled my request brilliantly, very proactive and very responsive. Excellent service thank you.
Not great after sales service…

40v cordless grass trimmer
Bought a cordless strimmer. Great product but minor defect with the battery charge indicator. Contacted customer services and excellent service and assistance from Soureshna who resolved the problem with a replacement. I’ve bought several Hyundai power tools from them and received great customer service every time.

Impressed with the new design, especially the button which stays on without having to hold it down to use.
Where is my refund?
Bought an item from Power Spares but it arrived with a packing slip from Gen Power. Both advertise the same physical address on their websites so I presume they're different names for the same company. They attempted to refuse a return, in violation of their own refund policy and my statutory rights. When I argued they agreed to accept the return at my own expense. That still violates UK law but it wasn't worth further argument so I followed the return instructions provided. This was weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund.

Paul Jones at Hyundai was very helpful in getting a replacement part from our artificial grass mower . Part received very quickly and good service throughout our ordering process
Genpower are useless
Genpower for warranty on Hyundai products are an absolute joke, product is in warranty but they expect me to take it apart to check certain parts, surely it’s there responsibility to fix a faulty product, Soureshna Nabobsing the advisor is useless telling me that’s there procedure, don’t ever buy Hyundai, they’re useless
Total waste of MY TIMME trying to get some non functioning customer
Bought a Hyunday land trimmer which I had to send back for repair after a few hours of use. It took 3 months to come back after which time the cutting season had past. The machine laid on store until this morning when in trying to start it the recoil pull cord spring assembly broke irretrivably. I rang Genpower 4 consecutive times and every single instance I was held on the line for over 30 minutes and disconnected after the operator promised to transfer me to warranty. After over two hours of waiting I purchased the broken part online. Thanks Genpower for an appalling customer service.
Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless. 2 month old lawnmower stopped working and after contacting the company to advise same, I am left feeling like a criminal.
Customer service is utterly abysmal. After sending the required video of myself showing it was broken, 5 days later I am advised that I need to disassemble, re package the item to the original standard and then call them to arrange collection, which if I am not available they will charge me for. Then they will charge me for labour and parts to repair it and postage back to me.
The thing is 2 months old!!! Never will I buy anything from them again. Best avoided.

Ordered a long reach hedge trimmer via Ebay from these. It stopped working after one use. I contacted them and claimed via the warranty. They told me to cut the cord and provide photo proof which I did and then advised a replacement would be sent out. 4 weeks later and numerous chases emails and I'm still waiting for the replacement. Seriously avoid this firm at all costs.

Absolutely shocking experience from…
Absolutely shocking experience from Genpower. Purchased an artificial grass sweeper which took weeks to arrive and then turned out to be faulty. Trying to return the piece of junk and get refund has been a complete nightmare.
After contacting them for a refund, they arranged a FedEx collection, which never turned up. I called again, and they booked another collection date with yet another label to print at home. I stayed indoors waiting for the collection and once again, nobody arrived.
After chasing them a third time, I’m told the product needs to be returned via DPD drop-off instead. Despite all of this, I still haven’t received the DPD label.
I’ve now wasted over a week trying to return a faulty product and who knows how much longer it’ll be til I get my money back. Their products are rubbish, their process is chaotic, their communication is poor, and the whole experience has been crap start to finish

I had bought an vaccum/blower from Genpower, it got some fault and Genpower sent me a replacement really quick. I appreciate Soureshna from customer service as he was really helpful.
Terrible customer service
Ordered a petrol mower which arrived in record time, very pleased with that part of the service. However the foam on the handle was damaged. I contacted the customer service team, decided it was to be returned this is where it all went down hill. The delay in all of their communications resulted in significant disruption to the process. One person I spoke to said it could be picked up last Friday but as I was away I asked for the Monday. I didn't hear anymore so I contacted them again and spoke to someone different in which I was told it would have to be Tuesday. I reluctantly accepted that. I asked that the label be sent to me before the weekend as I would not have access to a computer. No label received. On checking the date for the collection of mower I noticed it wasn't Tuesday but Wednesday. therefore it has taken more than a week to arrange the collection. They then need the mower back before they will send another one so that's another week delay. not impressed!
