Good Customer Service
The effort to put right a problem with a missing part on delivery were excellent from customer services. However, the parts department took 3 attempts to send me the correct part! But it came eventually and full credit to customer service who understood the principle that a problem is an opportunity to make a good impression IF handled well.

Rang the helpline when machine would not start
Rang the helpline, when my machine wouldn't start. Call answered quickly. Paul, worked with me to confirm the problem. A part was quickly despatched and within 48 hours of finding the problem, I was up and running again.
If only all companies could be this good at customer service!

Initial problem promptly resolved by Genpower.
I was initially disappointed after the machine I ordered got damaged in transit and some parts were missing from the torn-open box. I was facing the prospect of having to arrange for the return of the machine and the despatch of a replacement.
Thankfully, after leaving a review here, Genpower customer service got involved and sent me out replacements for the damaged and missing parts, thereby avoiding any need to wait in for couriers again.

Fast efficient resolution to a product issue.
My contact was Craig wiles he was polite efficient and helpful, i was asked for some details, proof of purchase, product details etc, after he received them I received the replacement for the failed part.
The customer service was outstanding especially when nowadays I have a low opinion of most customer service.
