Chainsaw cheer
When my Hyundai chainsaw burned out suddenly on a small job, Genpower service rep Paul quickly reassured me - unexpectedly from my point of view - that the matter could be handled under the three-year guarantee. I thought this may involve a long drawn-out process with a small sweetener to conclude (perhaps 10pc off my NEXT purchase). No - a replacement is on its way! The matter was handled swiftly, in friendly manner, and restored faith in customer service departments! Well done - excellent service.

I actually had the pleasure of dealing with Craig wiles today.i have spoken with him this morning through messages.im VERY VERY picky,and i know im a bit of a pain in the arse with messages.i have mild autism and can be a bit full on sometimes.however,in this very rare case it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Craig.it sounds realy simple and basic doing what he has done,but the amount of people who cant do things these days,and the simplest thing of all is to do what you said you were going to do.he has done exactly that! Sadly I had to return my new chainsaw which had a fault. Gen power organised a collection and a refund was made within days. Very impressed i must thank Craig in customer sales for all his help.

Great company with good customer service
Every time I have bought a product from this company it has been good quality and the delivery time has been excellent, I had a technical question and submitted my query late one night, the next morning I had an email with afull and comprehensive explanation of my query from Craig, the level of detail Craig went into to fully explain the query shows me that this is a company that cares for their customers even after they have their money, in my experience a great company.

Product good. Aftercare parts rude
The hose sent was supposed to be 10 meters long it was just over 5. The drama it dealing with the company wasn't worth it. The wanted to hold a phone take a picture whilst holding a ln extended tape measure and the hose. It was like a circus act. Pictures sent and the attitude of the reviews was shocking. So told them to forget about the hose and ordered one of amazon. Product decent apart from that. I must add the person on customer service is friendly but must report to parts team and there is when attitude starts.
