I brought my 92 year old mother in to buy a bed and he was incredible, nothing was too much trouble , he explained about the beds etc , he explained to my mum about delivery ,
We then bought a chair he adviced for my mum as well, as she explained why she wanted it , and he suggested the swivel dining chair that was excatly what my mum wanted , thank you for you excellent customer service

What a welcome
What a welcome! Tracy at the Newport store was brilliant. She was very welcoming, knowledgable and very accomadating . We bagged an absolute bargain in the sale and so over the moon with our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely revisit and recommend to family and friends.

I deliberately chose to purchase a chest of drawers from this company because it was well rated and presented itself as a family run business.
I placed my order in March 2026 and was given a delivery timeframe of 6–8 weeks. The item ultimately arrived more than six weeks late, despite me emailing twice for updates.
When it finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. Not only was the chest of drawers damaged, but it also looked very different from the pictures on the website and felt cheap and poorly made, particularly considering I had paid over £1,000 for it.
Getting the issue resolved was equally frustrating. I had to email five times before receiving a response and arranging collection. The item was eventually collected in August.
I then had to chase a further four times for my refund, which was finally processed more than four weeks after the item had been collected.
I also tried contacting the owners and management directly, but none of my communications were responded to.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The delays, lack of communication, quality of the product and difficulty obtaining a refund have all been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Your chest of drawers arrived much later than the original lead time, and when it did arrive, it was not in the condition or of the standard you expected. We also recognise that the communication around the collection and refund took far longer than it should have.
Your refund has now been processed, but we appreciate this does not make up for the inconvenience, frustration and time spent chasing us.
The details of your experience have been shared with both our supplier and delivery partners so the issues with quality, delivery and service can be reviewed properly.
We’re sorry again that we let you down on this occasion and that your experience fell below the standard we aim to provide.
