No 17.07 bus from Abbotswell drive to Newhills yesterday. This morning there was no number 12 from Heathryfold Circle to Torry at 07.31. As a result I'm going to be late for work. Cheers

Left my son who has mild autism stranded late at night after he had finished work in the dark, freezing cold in an area of Cardiff bay known to be unsafe even in daylight hours. It was the last bus home we live 17 miles away from Cardiff and he was low on battery on his phone. A taxi would have cost him 45.00 he did not have and as it was 11:30pm I was about to go to bed having just finished 36 hrs straight shifts also in Cardiff having a further 12 hr shift today and needing to be up by 5:00am. Instead I had to drive 17 miles to Cardiff to pick him up and bring him home. All because the grossly overweight driver he clearly saw as the bus sped past without stopping obviously wanted to get home faster and finish early himself. I am tired, today angry and disgusted. My other son has had the bus fly past him several times and been late for work. I complained in April because the same thing happened to me sped straight past me as I was waiting at the bus stop just before a busy roundabout and I had a spinal injury at the time that meant walking was very painful and had to walk over 2 miles into the town centre as my next bus wasnt for another 2 hours. Absolute despicable clowns for drivers who should not be driving buses at all let alone demanding pay rises....

One of the worst bus services
One of the worst services I have encountered in my life, such a piss take this service is still running. The amount of times the busses have been cancelled let alone delayed. This morning waved my hand for the bus driver to stop, which he did then looked at me and took off. Bus drivers don’t even do their job, it’s all just half arsed

Reliable and punctual
Just saw the bus coming down the hill when going to the stop, I pelted it and hoped the bus would stop which it did 🙂 yay even though no one at bus stop and no one getting off....cheers Matt you truly are a star ⭐
I get the X4 and it's frequent and reliable sometimes the odd service gets missed out when they have to juggle things but not that often, there is the app so all good. Got charging points as well.
Unreliable and terrible app
Buses never on time or dont turn up, the app is terrible, the times are never right ! When are we gojng to get reliable public transport ?!?!?

Disgusting company. They don’t care. Buses don’t show with no explanation, you have people who finished work, mums with babies, females on their own all waiting for buses that do not show. And it’s multiple times on a daily basis. They have no care or concern whatsoever for there customers. Diabolical company.

Glasgow - Extremely rude drivers for the most part, get annoyed if you ask them a simple question like "does this bus go to such and such?" Once had a driver not let me on a bus until another person who was "there before me" on despite me being the first person at that stop. Absolutely shocking service, this company is the definition of bare minimum.

I would give no stars in I could. Buses frequently don’t show up. They’re in the app then they vanish, leaving you stranded alone at a bus stop.
Frankly the unreliability of the service is putting people in unsafe situations.

Wanting the number 75 to get home walked to the bus stop the bus had just shut the door I waved my arm to hail the driver, he looked at me shock his head refused to open the door, the worst part he sat there for another minute because he was blocked in by 2 more buses, I wouldn't mind if I was on my own but I had my wife with me who hasn't been well this year in and out of hospital.... Very disappointed this is why I would rather drive......

First bus app not giving an accurate reading of when the bus comes. The bus always comes way too early than it says. most of the time its not reliable. Never shows the stops on the map. Always results me being late to where i have to be👎. What is the point of the app 🤦.

They are closing complaints without answering to the questions asked.
Lately,drivers are unable to guide you to buy the right ticket....
You will not receive a refund even though they could check the app activity.You bring proof etc.
I suggest to pay attention and better not to use their app.

If you call the number to complain they will dismiss you without giving a reference no,is like you never contact them.

Never trusting the first bus app anymore . App said a bus is coming at 3:47am but it never came and the next bus was in a hour and half. Why make an app for ppl to check the bus time when it’s never accurate.

Live chat not available and calls not being answered for 30mins or more.
It also looks like the bus I need to book for my deaf son is not running!
This has always been an appalling service and continues to be.
Unfortunately this is the service we have to rely on in our rural area.
