For the first bus bus 3 & 4 are…

For the first bus bus 3 & 4 are absolutely horrible they don’t come on time especially around 5/6pm because sometimes that’s when i finish college and when i arrived cribbs causeway expecting a bus to take me home they be just coming and go back saying not in service, like 3 buses in a row which makes me goes home late and disappointed.

Untrustworthy

Took several incorrect charges on my card for bus trips, made it intentionally extremely difficult to claim it back. When I finally did get refunds, no real explanation of what was happening. Very untrustworthy company.

Don’t respond to complaints

Buses don’t turn up and now buses have been cut from the timetable. People rely on these buses on our route, they are full at peak times so no reason to cut them. The buses frequently break down. Profits are clearly not spent on new buses/improving anything, yet passes are not cheap. I politely asked them why they’d cut the service and they deleted my comment. I completely understand all the other comments I’ve just read from other angry customers. The councils push people to use public transport to be green. What a joke!

Disappointed with the removal of Flexi…

Disappointed with the removal of all Flexi tickets (before it was just the five day Flexi but now the three Flexi is also gone). Every other option is more expensive. First Bus put profit before the customer but perhaps I shouldn't be surprised, isn't that the goal of most private companies? I wish our bus services were under public control.

Bus times

The bus service times are diabolical they are always late 100 percent i catch a bus to work and never get there on time the app is also rubbish very very dialsapointing I understand traffic can be a problem but the service is unfit and causes working people problems shody service !!

Appalling services

I as do thousands of other people pay over £1000 a year to use your services. You have arrogant drivers, buses are never true to timetable or even live tracker. The planning function does not take into account drivers leaving stops way earlier than scheduled and when you have to get multiple buses this is an issue! You recently upgraded your buses and already they are FILTHY. Nobody cares, nothing will ever change because no matter how many people complain you know that public transport will ALWAYS be needed. Guess that makes me a fool for even writing this…. First bus = joke!!!

Bus driver drove of as I was going upstairs I fell back into a man my fingers were hurting
Then 5 mins into the journey bus said terminated hear but then told us to get back on and they pushed the wrong button

i was waiting on the bus standing right…

i was waiting on the bus standing right outside the door the driver taht is old grey hair and glasses was throwing her hands about and drove away when it was a double decker with hundreds of empty seats never had a worse experience untill this woman’s attitude

Once again no buses in Bristol on…

Once again no buses in Bristol on boxing day can't get to boxing day sales or see band playing in Bristol. Worst bus at it again. Even though they run buses in other cities they operate in on boxing day

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD. I bought a one-month ticket. Something was wrong with that ticket - we were simply unable claim it. There is zero chance neither to write a complain nor reach over the phone. You will wait 30 min on a call and when they connect - they will just drop you, and will not call back. Spent 1.5 hours (!!!!) waiting.

No way to complain.

The bus was cancelled and when I tried to contact them for a refund on my ticket (with a 3rd party that First Bus benefitted from) I found that their website doesn't allow you to submit complaints (the submit button doesn't work) and their phone number cuts off after a while of speaking to no-one with "Thank you, goodbye". They also have no known email address. So, they stole my money!

Why are the Drivers always so…

Why are the Drivers always so miserable? We all have our problems in life, it doesn’t hurt to be a bit courteous does it ? Thankfully, I don’t use them that often, but I’ve never had a pleasant experience whenever I do. Add to that how cold they are, done Portsmouth to Fareham yesterday, it was freezing on the bus, can they not put the heating on a bit when you’re sitting for an hour or so? To be honest I’ve never heard anyone say anything good about the bus services. Management obviously not bothered by all the complaints, what a sad state of affairs. ☹️

No service You paying for it's available!

Every day same thing!
Can get home from work. Finish 5pm and trying get bus at fire station in bellshil.
Schedule saying there is 5 buses in that hour but you only get one about 5.45pm!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AMD THIS IS NOT WHAT IM PAYING MONEY FOR!
I pay every month for the service scheduled and can't get a bus home!!! How f... long until First bus do something about this! Robbery!!!!
