My first ever gym I've been too, and I love it, the staff are great and very helpful and it's a very friendly environment. The equipment is good for beginners to body builders.
A very good gym its got everything I need to do a full workout excellent staff it's clean and well kept and it's open 24/7 .. definitely give it 5 stars..
Great price but facilities are really lacking. Men's toilets are always filthy. The "security" door is broken. Lockers are taken leaving nowhere to put your gear even when the gym is empty.

I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews that are quite old now on the review sites, but one thing I can assure you now is that this gym has the most helpful and hands on staff I’ve ever dealt with. It was daunting for me to start going in the first place but they have made me feel so comfortable, calm and so welcome. Sometimes you feel judged and looked down upon in gyms when you are of a bigger size but they are the complete opposite here, even the regular gym goers are all so nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend this gym for anyone starting off or anyone that wants a small but lovely environment to do daily workouts. I have to reiterate that every single staff member that I’ve come across (and I think it’s all of them by now!) have been so wonderful and motivating and I could not fault them. They really want the best for you!

No Covid 19 safe & Poor customer service
Every time I have visited the premises I haven't been able to clean my workstation after I finished working out because there are not cleaning materials available. Neither staff available to provide them
I tried to cancel my membership by using my online account but it did let me do this. I tried to call but no one is answering the phone. I tried to contact you through the "Contact Us" link, no response or acknowledgement of my message has been received
So I have cancelled my DD. Now, I have received an email that a £49.99 payment is required.

I am very sorry that the hygiene levels in your gym have not been up to your standards, or ours. As we came out of lockdown the level of demand in our gyms was very high so the cleaning supplies were being used at a rapid rate, this is not an excuse just an explanation. We should still be doing better.
With regards to your frustration with cancelling your membership, I again apologise as you should have received a speedy reply from your gym as these are the standards we set ourselves at energie. To explain why you were charged £49.99 is because we have a 30 day cancellation policy and you may of had some outstanding payments. If you wish for any clarity on this please contact your EF gym and they will happily explain the charges. Hope this helps.

Please accept my deepest apologies as we are aware that earlier in the year after coming out of lockdown that a small amount of clubs were struggling to keep classes as there were some staffing issues due to COVID-19 and certain restrictions in place. Very basic, not much equipment, changing facilities and toilets are dirty. Sanitiser stations empty most of the time. WiFi only works near the front door.

Gym isn't to bad equipment wise…
Gym isn't to bad equipment wise and plenty of cardio equipment too but music was awful gangsta rapper. Not really enspiring music to train too. As for the staff no where to be seen, struggled to get in and then found them all in room just sitting there...wont be going there again..
