The gym is a really good size so you’re able to have a lot of people in at busy times but also have your space too! It’s also really beneficial with the gym being open 24 hours too so you’re able to fit it into your own schedule when it’s convenient for you. They have a really good range of equipment, however machines like the stepmaster, they do only have 1 of so if someone is already on it sometimes you’ll have to wait to use it. The staff are really friendly and will help with any problems you may have and as a female going to a gym, I feel safe and have only ever had one incident of feeling a little bit unsafe (in the circumstance of an older male just staring and watching like a creep) but apart from that one little incident, it’s has been a really nice experience for the last 6 months that I have been going there for.

The showers are still unusable even after numerous emails asking them to be fixed. I chose this gym because it was local and featured showers. My plan was to do my workout, wash then go straight to work. Unfortunately I can only do my workout on my days off because as a father to 3 and a husband time is very precious. I have to skip work outs to ensure my wife has the help and support she needs.

Please please fix the showers!!! It’s the only thing now stopping this gym from being amazing!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Unable to get in touch with anyone from within the franchise unless you tag them on Instagram.
Had my membership cancelled for a breach and violation to the terms an conditions due to climbing over the security gate to gain access for a service I paid all the way through lnockdown for. Unmanned at the times I attend. I cleaned the gym up in the morning be for staff came into work. Was called to complain that I left a gate open when I was carrying tool boxes into the gym to fit a shelf which was incorrectly erected. When asking other members if they had been called about leaving the gate open or climbing over they hadn't. Clearly been singled out due to the manager not liking been stood up to about his approach. Priced hiked up from £19.99 to £27.99 (more expensive than London gyms) but didn't complain or moan about it once.
Often dirty and not cleaned properly.
I've sent several emails to the company and area manager which have not been responded to in over a week. Given another email to try and like isn't used from their automated response and email.

Hi would like to say the 24 hour opening is a god send thank you! But what I find still lacking is a sit up bench, dip station and more 6ft boxing bag and upper cut bag then its a gym above all gyms!

Banging gym, still some equipment that is needed for the gym in my opinion but has come on a great amount, it’s 24 hours and the staff are friendly it’s a great gym

Great staff, always very helpful and available. Gym is good, enough equipment for everyone.

Missing classes in the evening hours.
Not enough cleaning stations with sanitiser available to clean equipment and shower and toilet area could be cleaner

This is a small friendly gym. There is enough equipment for me to able to train and it’s easy to get to. Unfortunately I’m going to have to leave as the 24/7 opening that is due to happen has moved right , with an unknown start date. The showers don’t work which means I can’t use it during work hours. Because of this 2 small failings I had to put it at a 3

On my first visit to the gym, staff briefly showed me around the gym, but not how to use the equipment. A proper induction was not offered, and when asked about the fitness tracking, preccor, which I am paying for, I was told it doesn't work. I did a little cardio, but didn't stay long as I'd no idea what to do. On leaving I met Will, one of the PTs and asked if I could book in a proper induction, and If I could discuss a workout plan as I've no idea what I should be doing. He was super helpful and booked me in for a half hour session. He was brilliant, and I decided to pay a little extra for him to give me a work out plan. I now feel at home in the gym and have started to enjoy going. However, I'm still not happy I'm paying for extra features I cannot use, so will be downgrading my plan.

Staff very helpful and supportive, received some good advice about my own well being and targets as a man in his 40s,from one of the staff there.

My local gym, been here for a couple years, it has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are all approachable. Don't have to wait too long to get on machines, and has a decent amount of weights and plates to use.

The help an assistance they give you is brilliant an the machines in the gym are all perfect

Very helpful and always willing to offer advice . I was very nervous about joining a gym as I’ve never done anything like this before. But I was really surprised how easy it was . Everyone is so friendly and I was worried people would look at me but everyone just gets on with there own thing . I would really recommend going to this gym from someone who has never gone before to going three times a week and really loving it .

Enjoying the facilities and grateful I'm no being pestered by personal trainer's every 5 minutes as can be the case in other facilities

The gym is great, has everything you will need. All staff are amazing, If you’re struggling and need help with anything ask for Sean, he’s really approachable and helpful

Good friendly gym the staff are very approachable and always happy to help. Sean is especially helpful and always takes time out of his day to make sure you’re comfortable with the exercises and help you with any issues you might have during your workout. Would highly recommend
