My first ever gym I've been too, and I love it, the staff are great and very helpful and it's a very friendly environment. The equipment is good for beginners to body builders.
A very good gym its got everything I need to do a full workout excellent staff it's clean and well kept and it's open 24/7 .. definitely give it 5 stars..
Great price but facilities are really lacking. Men's toilets are always filthy. The "security" door is broken. Lockers are taken leaving nowhere to put your gear even when the gym is empty.

Just great to go in and train without thinking it’s not clean, there is plenty of hand wipes around the gym to make sure it’s always cleaned which is great.

My Gym
The gym location is great for parking and walking to as I live local however, the gym is lacking different types of equipment that is essential to get a variety of workouts done. I feel that basic equipment like an assisted pull up machine, step boxes, abductor machine and more is just some of what is missing from this gym. Also to have a separate area for the classes so it doesn’t impact people that wanna use the yard for the TRX straps or boxing bags. This gym with it location, classes and the committed friendly staff could be a great gym if a bit more money was spent on equipment that members have been asking for, for so long.

Good gym but could do with a couple of…
Good gym but could do with a couple of improvements.
1. Music in the gym, sometimes it can be so loud that I can't hear my own music and my earphones are touching my eardrums.
2. Time on the equipment, at peak times some gym users can be on some of the CV equipment for over an hour. I think that when the gym is busy this is a bit excessive and could maybe be initially resolved with a notice limiting time to say 30 minutes or so. Not sure what time limit would apply to resistance kit but this can also see users on the same piece of equipment for long periods of time.

Overall good
Énergie have a good variety of equipment and classes going on including personal trainers. Could do with more air conditioning as during peak times can get really hot especially when you are on treadmills.

Gym in General
The gym is excellent, but I would add a few things to it, screens/tv monitors on walls playing music, more mirrors, better lighting, large Clocks on each walls on the four points (digital ones)
Few more gym machine/equipment, general tweak of some machines moved around.

I love this place
I love this place ! Genuinely is a family environment where results and goals are praised and championed. I've honestly never been to a place like it! The fitness team instructors and staff are so friendly and encouraging doesnt matter what your level of fitness is everyone is welcomed and treated the same.
The only criticism I have is that the toilets in the ladies are awful. Toilet seats hanging off and toilet roll all over the place. The showers arent great either. Lockers also need more pins so you can pin your key to you rather than carry around. Just think this area needs a bit of love really !

I think the staff are friendly and very afficent I've seen them vacuum the gym and clean down the machines absolutely brilliant they are but I must say it's a bit dark and dingy no light beans there's hardly anyone who goes a lot I go everyday and uses all the machines xx
