Dreams - Irvine Omdömen 

I received great customer service from dreams at Irvine store.
I ordered a tempur ajustable bedframe and tempur mattress for medical reasons. The delivery drivers built it all for me and were efficient and friendly. They arrived6 at the promised time and wore protective shoes so that my carpets were not soiled. They were informative and so professional and explained I had 100 nights trial and gave me all the booklets for my information. Grest service from all staff. Thank you.

Hi Dreams bedding delivered what they said they would , looked after us in their Irvine shop talked us through what we needed and never done the hard sell bit, excellent staff and service, and the product is first class .

Store was clean and well laid out, Donna the saleswoman was fantastic, great chat and was brilliant with our 18 month old, letting her try out all the beds too! We were shown plenty of mattresses and given good info on all the different constructions and types, helping us choose the perfect mattress. Would highly recommend a store visit, you cant beat physically trying out a mattress before purchasing one. Will use again in the future for when we need to get our little one her first bed and mattress as there was also a great choice of those.

I visited irvine store today and was assisted by Donna who was very helpful. She had very good product knowledge which helped me to make an informative decision on my purchase of a tempur mattress.

It's been an exceptional service from Start to finish. Would like to give Kenny who assisted us at the irvine branch a big shout out for the amazing service he provided. Friendly attitude, assisted us fully with query and helped us find our dream bed (excuse the pun), the bed arrived exactly as they said it would and the gentleman who I sadly didn't catch their name provided us as well an outstanding service and to be fair to them it wasn't the easiest of tasks with my narrow stair way. We have had the bed now for 2 weeks and I am in live with my new bed, waking up feeling well rested and have slept like a baby.

Well I'd just like to say I'm a happy customer from trying beds and pillows to getting bed. The whole experience has been enjoyable for me but not so much my husbands wallet but that's another story. Bed is very firm the way I need it and is very comfortable.

I felt the sales person who helped me choose my new bed at Dreams Irvine, had listened to my needs and requirements. Not just another sale. Very satisfied with how I was treated. I will go back to Dreams when it is time to renew my bed. Cara C.

Excellent service. We were able to try a variety of mattresses so that we could make a clear decision on what one to purchase. The person serving us was really friendly an informative.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, not too pushy, helped find the right mattress for us. Would definitely recommend. Store clean & tidy. Plenty of options to choose from.

Had a fantastic experience. Assistant really listened to what we wanted and showed us the mattresses that matched what we wanted and gave us a pillow each to try them. Then showed us the different frames and described the options available. Would dry recommend the Irvine store

Lovely staff and great purchase overall, new mattress has been helping with my back pain

I had an excellent experience with dreams. We were greeted by Kenny in the Irvine store and he got us to lie on the funky bed thing they use to see what mattresses suit. He then made us try them all and gave us our own PPE to use. He made sure we tried them properly in our usual sleeping positions. We then left to do the rest of our shopping and went back an hour later after deciding on what was best for us. He gave us all our options for paying and talked us though the warranty which was helpful. Over all a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend.
Also the guys who delivered the mattress were great too and in full PPE.
