Outstanding Service
I had an excellent experience with dreams. We were greeted by Kenny in the Irvine store and he got us to lie on the funky bed thing they use to see what mattresses suit. He then made us try them all and gave us our own PPE to use. He made sure we tried them properly in our usual sleeping positions. We then left to do the rest of our shopping and went back an hour later after deciding on what was best for us. He gave us all our options for paying and talked us though the warranty which was helpful. Over all a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend.
Also the guys who delivered the mattress were great too and in full PPE.

Mattress arrived carried by one of two men available it was filthy and outer plastic sheet packaging was muddy and broken and the mattress was stained I called for a replacement which is taking a whole extra week won’t be using again

Kenny at your Irvine store was absolutely fantastic, he was so welcoming, helpful, understanding and found me the perfect mattress and bed that suits me! Very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had to ask! Thanks again highly recommend 5 Stars ⭐️ !!

Was provided a really helpful and friendly service within the Irvine store, most importantly the assistance was informative and allowed me to make a decision there and then on what bed I wanted without having to trail around other stores.
Timescales for delivery was 1 week which was excellent and delivery staff were friendly, helpful and as is important these days “Covid Safe”
