The delivery was on time
The delivery was on time. They put foot coverings on which was very good. Constructed the bed in good time and advised me not to make it for two hours. In all a good experience.

Great shopping experience
From walking in the store, the assistant was ready to help me right away. I knew what I was looking for and he helped me to find exactly what I needed and right on budget. I purchased my mattress straight away and the assistant helped me to carry it out to my car which I thought was very helpful and probably outside of his job description - this made the world of difference therefore I am happy to leave this review because of how good I was looked after.
Definitely recommend.

Excellent Communication and Service
As my dad is deaf it was vital the delivery came when he had his sign language interpreter with him. As requested the delivery team messaged him with the time frame the day before, the store had also agreed to a AM delivery slot, then 30 minutes before arrival they called dads interpreter, it takes them around 20 min to get to his place so 30 min was ample notice.
He explains to me, once they arrived the team from dreams were excellent, they took the old mattress and brought his new mattress upstairs, there was no rush and happy to explain what he needed to do.
The whole experience was easy, straightforward and he would have no issues using them again. Excellent.

I love the look and style of the bed
I love the look and style of the bed. The only issue I have is that it’s too heavy to move.
It took me a few weeks to get use to the new mattress after sleeping on a rubbish memory foam mattress.
Delivery was on time and assembling the bed was pretty quick. Glad I paid for the bed to be assembled as I sure did not have the extra tools needed.

We had a great experience at Dreams Catford, the sales person was super helpful and focused on our needs/budget. We ended up with a mattress we thought was too firm at firm when it arrived but has softened up now and is great.

Great, efficient service
Went to the shop in Catford and the service was great and very pleased with how quickly everything was processed. This was not my closest shop but I preferred purchasing the mattress with Ian in this branch.

Slept well knowing I got a good deal
My previous Dreams bed needed replacing after I took it apart to move home. I’d had it ten years so decided new one. Popped into the Catford store. Super experience. Really helpful to try their mattress machine. And then try the recommended ones to choose. Will be back in ten years time for a new bed. Super happy with the speed of delivery.

Was greeted by a guy called Ali - very friendly
Used the machine that Dreams have in store to determine the correct mattress type for you, which helped me find the mattress I needed very quickly!
