Great service Great product.
This is the third time I have used Dreams of Catford for a new bed or mattress and every time they are very helpful professional and knowledgeable. Kirsty and Reece are exceptional employees for this business imho and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

An all-round pleasant experience
We were welcomed as soon as we got into the store. The sales assistant was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped us choose our ideal bed. The whole transaction was a pleasant experience and the mattress was delivered a few days later . Likewise, the people who delivered our mattress and took away the old old very helpful and friendly as well.

We visited Dreams because of the high reputation the company has regarding beds and we were not let down. We visited The Catford store in London and was served by staff member Kirsty whom was fantastic. She was clearly knowledgeable about the product. I used the mattress machine instore to identify the type of softness I would need to have a good nights sleep. Well done Dreams, cant wait to receive my new bed.

This bed lets you sleep like a baby, all snuggled up. This bed as rejuvenated me and my husband’s life. Sleeping never felt so good, It is so comfortable. I would buy it again and definitely recommend it to others.

Three failed promises review…
I was asked by my wife not to review this but since Dreams have requested one, I feel happy to give it.
We ordered a new mattress from our local shop on Friday the 10th of December and were told by the sale lady that it should be delivered next Monday.
She told us that:-
We’ll confirm the delivery is going ahead, (by email and text), 3 days before delivery and send you a 2-hour time slot the day before.
On the day of delivery, we will be in touch by 10.30am to confirm your time slot.
(This is echoed in the paperwork given to us from where this wording is copied).
My wife asked if we would still get notification as it she has mobility problems and we would time to get things ready and that would mean someone letting us know on Sunday and she was told that staff worked over the weekends so we would be informed.
We left happy.
No email on the Sunday so we would have to wait.
Imagine our surprise on Monday morning when we received a call at 8.30 am from the delivery van to say they will be with us in 5 minutes!
The young delivery boy seemed to find the whole thing rather funny and offered no apology.
This put a lot of strain on my wife.
Three failed promises with no consideration or concern for the customer.
Not impressed!
ADDENDUM:-
Probably no-one is interested in the sage but not having had the promised phone call; I thought I would address the reply from Dreams.
1. No promised call.
2. The details need were all on the order conformation emailed to me at the time of order, that would be the email and of course, the number the delivery people and Kishan used was the contact number.
It sound like they are trying but it all fallen flat.

Pleasant experience with Customer Service agent Adam.
Contacted Dreams this afternoon to discuss having a product I purchased replaced due to it being damaged. Was given the number for Customer service and although it was a very long wait I was called back by Adam who was so polite, he resolved the issue very quickly and was very helpful. He arranged for me to have a new product sent out to my address. Very grateful for his help resolving the issue.
