Dreams - Catford Omdömen 

I went to the Dreams store in Catford and got excellent customer service.
The staff, especially Jay, were accommodating and understanding of my particular needs.
I invested in a good, firm mattress and a pillow as well.

Customer service was excellent. Billy was very knowledgable, very helpful and polite 👏🏽👏🏽. The delivery man was communicating well as well before delivery and my daughter is enjoying her new mattress. I will definitely recommend your company. Thank you very much 🙏🏽

Was really easy to order on line, great choice. I was able to order exactly what I wanted. Delivery within a week. Delivery men very friendly and professional. They took my old mattress away, so we didn't have the problem of disposing it. New mattress is brilliant, just what I wanted. Having a really good night's sleep

The bed is so comfortable and I'm loving it. It's big and it has storage. The company is doing very well and their customer service is very good.

I visited the Dreams store in Catford a couple of weeks ago to purchase a new mattress.
The service was excellent, I was guided to the sleepmatch machine, then shown some mattresses to try. My questions were answered but I was given time to consider options without any pressure.
My new mattress was delivered today, on time and my old one taken away. All very smooth & easy!

My bed was delivered on time, but Dreams can be a bit more flexible with customers with there time slots. I had to take time off from work, where if dreams were abit more flexible I would not have to.

From start to finish the actual transaction was very smooth and I was helped along the way very pleasant staff and very knowledgeable, all in all a very nice experience.

We went to the store in Catford and the staff was very friendly, patiently helping us find the right mattress. Although I had to wait more than a month for delivery as they had a high number of orders due to the discounts, the delivery guys were super efficient and they had my mattress installed in 5 minutes

Great in store experience trying out a few mattresses before deciding on purchase. No pressured sales but good product knowledge helpful service.

Delivery on time with good notifications beforehand and on the day. Respectful delivery men covering shoes and having mattresses laid and old one removed in minutes

Great location with incredibly friendly staff! They helped me find my perfect mattress and pillow, and I had a lovely time talking to them, felt very welcome!

Dreams have really redeemed themselves since the base on my metal bed was broken. They have since replaced it with a brand new bed. Connor was a polite and respect young man who fitted the bed quickly and removed the broken on. Really impressed 👏 👌

UPDATE... so peter contacted me when i was in hospital and ill he was meant to call me back at 4 the next day and ive heard nothing. That was 2 weeks ago, then i recieve an email from someone else saying whats on the reciept is correct when i can assure you it is not. And had the cheek to offer me 20% off 520 for a bed frame i was told they could onlu sell for 900 and that was the lowest he could go. Liars Absolutely disgusted, at first I was so happy I got a great deal and then now I have an issue with the bed frame the staff at catford are basically lying about the price they done it for me. The frame was 1,700 and it was a display bed with minor damage the staff said I can do you a great deal I can do this for a 1000 and I said no way because I need to purchase a matress elsewhere I cannot iafford that for just a frame so he said OK I will tell you what for you I can do the frame for 900 and throw in a discounted mattress for 200 from in store I couldn't believe it so when he done my receipt he said he had to play around with the numbers to do it but it was fine and silly me didn't question it then he chucked in 2 free pillows. Now I'm trying to change the bed he is saying he sold me the frame for 550 and I asked why are you lying you never I had a friend with me and I asked if the cameras recorded voice in there he said no and basically his tone turnt rude and his now making out I'm lying. I am disgusted I want my money back so I can shop elsewhere this is absolutely disgraful from a big company like dreams. Never again will I use them. Vile
