Dreams - Catford Omdömen 

Prior to entering the store, I was a little nervous, as I had never previously chosen a brand new mattress for myself, however Kirsty the customer assistant made it so much more simple to help me make up my mind by explaining what were the key factors that made the real difference in my comfort needs, according to how I felt laying on the various mattresses.

She made me feel very at home during my visit and did not rush, badger or coax me into making a decision, recognising that choosing a bed isn’t just down to a matter of whether it was springy or firm enough.

I don’t know of any other bed/mattress shops, but Dreams have a computerised mattress machine which after programming in a few variables, you lay on the bed, change positions and it calculates the ideal type of mattress you and it is extremely accurate. Between it and Kirsty’s most helpful assistance, it took any complication or anx out of my experience.

The staff at Dreams Catford was welcoming not pushy, he was able to answer my questions made suggestions, as well as telling me of the mattress that was currently discontinued.
I was kept up to date on delivery time and date, delivery men were very helpful in placing my mattress in the hallway.
I am looking for a 4ft bed and mattress and I’ll use the company again if the price is right.

Manager was very helpful and l was able to choose the right bed and mattress which my family are happy with. l even had to chanel ge the colour if the bed and it was done with no problem. Items were delivered on scheduled date. Thank you

Billy from the Catford branch helped me pick out a mattress as a first time buyer the other week, and I left feeling so happy I had decided to go in-store rather than buy online. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, able to answer all of my questions, and was incredibly patient with me as I spent time making sure I was making the right decision. The mattress has now arrived, and I haven't slept so well in years.

The whole bed buying experience was very pleasant by very friendly and helpful staff in store. I was served by Kirsty, she was very attendant, and answered any any all questions. Delivery/installation team (Andrew and his colleague ) turned up on time and built the bed in about 30 minutes, taking away all packaging. No fuss.

Amazing Comfort and Support!

I’ve been using this mattress for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. It offers the perfect support, making it super comfortable without feeling like you’re sinking in. I I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my sleep quality and how I feel in the morning.

Overall, I’d highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for better sleep and solid support. Definitely worth the investment!

Made an order in store. Your employee forgot to add the 20% offer for the purchase. Instead of amending this I was forced to go back and forth with multiple lies being told, such as I needed to make payment 7 days before delivery. This changed to 48hours once that time had passed. The 20% was meant to be applied to the order but your employee at first claimed they needed a manager to do this. An employee impersonated a manager and claimed they needed to call customer service before the code could be applied to the order. When they Valled back they claimed the discount was 10%. Your employee impersonating a manager put the phone down on me after refusing to be honest about the rate on offer. They were also dishonest about the refund policy and timeframe. The order was made in store but the back and forth took place over the phone over a period of 4 days.

When I called back te refund policy somehow changed and he was able to process it quicker.
