The lady that served us at catford branch was awesome. Greeted us when we walked in. Offered us a hot drink or water and showed us around. Answered all our questions down to sizes and options of bed frames ,mattresses and headboards. We came back the same day and paid cash for our order. She Gave us a delivery date on the spot. Very happy with our purchase. We opted for the bed to be set up and put together. Kept us informed the day before delivery and on the day. David was also awesome. Very professional and respectful of our furniture that couldn’t be removed from the room. All plastics and packaging was taken away by them too. The service was brilliant from start to finish.

The delivery team were truly a 'dream team' - delivering ON TIME, in a kind, patient and helpful manner. Thank you guys!

I had the bed delivered, assembled , and old bed removed, text to remind me 3 days before and day Before, and o phone call 30 minutes before arrival, the team work well , bed assembled and all rubbish removed I could not have asked for better

Dreams Catford - don’t ever go there. Horrible case of misselling. Manager Erica does not train her staff who offer things they don’t have authority for and when the order gets messed up and is escalated to her she says and I quote ‘ I can’t help you we get 16,000 orders a minute you can cancel the order if you like!!! ‘ The bed my daughter wanted for Christmas was delayed twice and still not received as a result and now they are saying February. Very upset with the very rude service. So disappointed that such big organisation doesn’t care about their customers at all.

Dreams Catford is a great opportunity to find your Dream mattress. They have a lot of units to relax on and get a feel for which model you need. They even have a machine which recommends mattresses based on your parameters, though I don't think it works since I ended up buying a completely different one. The salesperson was very helpful, explaining all the details about the mattresses and bed frames. The delivery slots were flexible and allowed me to reschedule the delivery. Delivery staff were on time, assembled the bed and I've been enjoying it for a week already. Would definitely recommend.

Fast service/ delivery

This is a beautiful bed and it was easy to put together because of very good instructions.

The delivery / the bed installer come prepared with his shoe protective gear. Which shows the respect of the customers property. I was very very grateful.
