Fantastic Customer Experience
I came into the store for a mattress, and was greeted by a lovely lady called Meryem, who asked me a series of questions and led me to a sleep match bed machine that once that was able to suggest 4 different mattress's to suit my needs. Meryem was able to give me full information on all 4 mattress's. Meryem is a real asset to the store. I returned on 13/1/24, and I completed my purchase. I will continue to return to this store for any future purchases. S Dunbar

Replacement Mattress
We wanted to buy a replacement mattress, we did some research online and decided to visit our local Dreams store. We were taken through all the steps to find the right mattress for us. We made our informed choice, made arrangements to have our mattress delivered and the old one taken away. Our mattress arrived on the date of our choice, without any problems. We have been enjoying our new mattress for 10 days now, we have had the best nights sleep on our new mattress, I wish we had not waited so long to make the change.

Purchase of my new bed at Dreams Store
The staff were extremely friendly and courteous and gave us the time to walk around the store and check the products thoroughly before we made our decision.They were very helpful when we were comparing prices in order to make our choice. My husband and l are very happy with the purchase. We would also recommend customers to the store.

Excellent service at Dreams Catford from Andrea, extremely helpful without being at all pushy. Delivered within 7 days and the delivery driver was great and gave us information about care of the mattress.

Excellent service. Polite and very helpful staff. Very helpful with what I wanted and delighted with my purchase. Bed is so comfortable. Was no problem to put together. My daughter and niece put it together. Would recommend Dreams .

One of the best beds I have ever purchased! I am so pleased with the quality of both the bed and mattress, it is definitely worth every single penny. I recommend visiting the Catford store, Suleman who helped me purchase my bed and mattress, was so so lovely and helpful! He made the process super easy! He is such an asset to your company!

Had to change my delivery dates a few…
Had to change my delivery dates a few times due to work commitments but it wasn't an issue. Contacted the day before with a time slot and they were early on the day. They removed their shoes, WOW!! We don't allow footwear inside on our carpets and it wasn't an issue for them. Bed assembled in no time and the old one removed.
Love our new bed and the storage underneath. It looks great in our room .

You store manager of dreams in Catford is just phenomenal! I cannot praise him enough. He was so helpful, understanding and made the whole process a lot easier. Shopping for a bed and mattress is a mind field with all of the offers you see around, but Michael made it clear in understanding the difference in quality of products and constructions. Your mattress finding machine is terrific! Like an informative guided massage

Michael and Kiera at Catford Dreams…
Michael and Kiera at Catford Dreams went the extra mile with helping me to exchange a crippling mattress which I had bought online from Feather and Black (a sister company). Never buy online! the Dreams shop have a machine that identifies the appropriate mattress for each customer - I had bought a hard mattress and I needed medium. The bureaucracy involved in the exchange was hideous but they persisted and achieved a good outcome for me. I very much appreciate their patient kindness and recommend them wholeheartedly.
