Ashford restaurant comptoir lebainese is the worst, would never visit again, food is disgusting, meet dry like from a week old, no taste, bland, stuff unexperienced and confused, not had a training, disorientainted. No idea what waiter should do. My wife order fish with rice, rice was dry in clusters being so dry and old.
Poor, poor, poor.

Had a fantastic lunch at the Birmingham New Street Station branch. The waiter molly was very hospitable and helped us with our food choices
The food as always is to an excellent authentic taste. Loved, loved the Mira mocktails.

We dined here last night for my sisters birthday and it was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were super friendly and our hostess Millie was so adorable, she even gave my sister a complimentary cake. The only criticism that I do have was it would have been nice if all of our drinks and desert came out together as there was a bit of a gap. Other than that if was perfection and I’ll definitely recommend this place

Very tasty authentic Lebanese Middle Eastern food. Beautiful décor it looked like a Lebanese street. My only issue is that I asked for no olives but it came with olives, but I gave them to my mum as she loves olives. Otherwise brilliant restaurant would go there again.

Bad experience at Broadgate Circle. Fantastic location, below part service, no hummus (on a Lebanese restaurant!), the main salads are more like side salads in size (not price). This chain used to be great it is really a shame that the expansion has affected the standards and value.

I would like to say Thankyou for a lovely meal, unique style and easy atmosphere and David was a very attentive server and pleasant young man. And we were very pleased that you found my wife's mothers wedding ring after we left, Mum now passed away so very precious. Johnw.

Birmingham restaurant - perfect night, food and service. Best for Lebanese in Birmingham. Ridiculous value for money. Feels like you are in Lebanon. Great time.

Be aware that thieves operate in this place!
Visited the place in Gloucestate Road on Friday 21/01/2022 and the evening was totally ruined by thieves who stole my wife’s purse from her bag whilst the staff were around.
Realised that this happened within 10 minutes, once we started receiving notification from the banks that attempts were being made to use cards in nearby Tesco, Waitrose, Burger King and Boots.
Cancelled the cards immediately and reported the incident to the Police. Unfortunately, this caused an immense distress and inconvenience as thieves also got a number of documents and IDs which need to be replaced.
Requested cctv to be reviewed but receivex no further details.

I suspect that this is not the first time that theft has happened in this place, but most likely people did not realise that they were robbed as quickly as we did, so could not identify the place where it happened.

Needless to say that we cannot recommend this place, even if this was the only place in the planet that one could eat out!

If they cannot keep thieves out of their place, they do not deserve to give them our business.

Our experience at Chelsea was phenomenal as always. Same taste, same authenticity, amazing. Our server was very delightful and he made sure that we had our orders in time, in fact before time. This is the 4th time that we are visiting this branch and it feels like we are visiting for the 1st time.

Very pleasant experience. Its Christmas so the whole team at bluewater restaurant were pretty run off their feet. We'd shopped from 11 am and were hungry by 8pm .There was a queue and they were closing doors at 9pm. We got in thank the lord 8.45.Peter our door host was so friendly cheerful and polite! and although everyone looked pretty tired all were smiley faces. Peter showed us to our table and because we already knew what we wanted, Peter took our order instead of us having to wait another person to come to our table . Peter was grateful we were ready to order too ,he thanked US !! for being understanding on queuing time and for considering their closing time with ordering immediately. Food was delicious cooked to perfection, service amazing 👏.Thank you to all that served me and my friend with a pleasant attitude.

Visited Manchester. Davide served us, food and service was great would go again.

our server.. Chantelle.. was a lovely sweet girl taking time to chat to us .. answering our questions about the menu..

Food was very authentic..

Was greeted and seated quickly for a late lunch in the sun by a friendly hostess. The last positive thing I can say. Our server or lack off spent ten minutes showing pictures on his phone to the table behind us. Despite making eye contact and us indicating we were ready to order he kept bypassing us to chat to tables that already had their food and had not asked for his attention, it seemed he needed to show as many people as possible photos on his phone whether they wanted to see them or not. Despite all efforts we were not to be served so after 15 minutes we left unimpressed and a unanimous agreement never to visit again, thank goodness for the brilliant staff at YoSushi.

One of the worst bar experiences I've had. Drinks didn't arrive after 1 hour, we asked staff 3 times. On the third time we were thrown out and given a bill. Shocking service, their excuse was that didn't have enough staff. Wouldn't come back. 0/5

1. The mixed grill was overcooked.burned
2.portions smaller than before
3.we were 3 and staff applied for eat out help out 2.only 2 of us and has to ask them to amend the bill.
4. The service charge was supposed to be optional, however, they decided to award themselves that without asking our permission to do so!

We went to Comptoir Libanais in Oxford yesterday 21st February.. We gave our order at maybe 1.15, we were told there was a 20 minute wait on food. The wine came out fairly quickly.. As time went on, we repeatedly asked for the status of our food. By 3 o'clock, when there was still no sign of our food , we put down £20 to cover the wine, and went elsewhere. I told the waitress we were angry, not with her personally, and we would not be coming back..

I ordered through Uber eat after long time and I am regretting because the food I received was burnt, I ordered vegetarian tagine and a mix grill,had to throw half of the mix grill because it was burnt and to make things worse I couldn’t get through to Uber eat which I am very upset,however I contacted the restaurant and explained the problem but was told I had to deal with Uber eat because I ordered through Uber eat anyway I had enough, I will not order from this place ever again and I am cancelling my Uber eat account.

I had a delicious lunch at the Birmngham branch. It was crowded & nevertheless the staff were warm and efficient, explaining the menu in a friendly way and bringing the food very promptly.
I'll look for their branches on my travels for a repeat experience.

A really great find that has become our family restaurant of choice. The children's menu and the quality of the food are the best imaginable. My earlier posts named the managers and staff by name but each and every one of them is welcoming and does everything they can to make the experience the best there is. A special thanks to Marina and (former) Manager Pontas for making every visit so special
