Do NOT trust this company with cleaning. They promise and never deliver. This was the worst end of tenancy clean I have ever had. In the end landlord charged me for a re-clean. After sending them email after email I have not got any response or compensation. Wasted money.

Avoid like the plague! Had the most horrible experience with this company.

First they were 2-3 hours late. Then the level of cleaning was very minimal - this was a very superficial clean, not a deep one. In particular, they didn’t mop the floors, didn’t clean the fridge and also they didn’t clean the mould in the bathroom, even though they claimed they did. When I called to complain they came up with ridiculous excuses like “you weren’t there when the job was done, who knows who entered the flat and dirtied it in the meantime”, or claiming that they can’t remove the mould or that the flat was in a bad state. From all I can tell, all they did was hoover. Unfortunately I had paid 100% in advance, and they didn’t agree to re-imburse. In the end I lost part of my deposit because of this company.

The two female cleaners are thieves!! Do not use this company. They rummage through your belongings and steal things!!
Cleaning company is just a front so they can carry out these crimes.
Most positive reviews on here for them are fake. You have been warned.

BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY - I had expensive items STOLEN by their cleaners.

Firstly, the cleaners turned up two hours late, after telling me their last client was not satisfied with their cleaning and that they had to stay longer (already a bad sign).

I was told two cleaners were going to come- FOUR arrived- I did not suspect anything at this point.

Cleaning was average- I noticed they did not have any quality cleaning products either- they literally used the same spray for everything.

At the end of the clean, I didn’t realise the two women cleaners had already left without me realising.

An hour later, I entered my bedroom and noticed my Louis Vuitton perfume was missing.
I searched all my other valuables- which were there thankfully!!
I called and spoke to the owner of the company (Stan) who stated that this has apparently never happened & that I should double check. He also mentioned that it would be ridiculous for them to steal anything as it would be too obvious it was them.
He said he would do an investigation and get back to me.

After searching through a few other things I noticed my La Mer moisturiser was also missing- this prompted me to call again as I was now definitely sure these items had been stolen by one or more of the cleaners. The total amount of both products was £500!!!

The owner said the cleaners deny taking anything and that it’s my word against theirs- he was happy for me to contact the police and start an investigation.
Of course I knew contacting the police over a perfume and moisturiser would be a pain but it was more about principle at this point.
I explained to the owner that he should be pressing his cleaners further for answers- it should not just be down to me calling the police.
I had more expensive items in the apartment that were not taken so I certainly would not be making an issue over expensive perfume and creams if it hadn’t happened.

I mentioned to both owners that I would be writing a negative review if no action was taken.
Nothing was done about this incident- it was all me chasing, so I took the time to

I haven’t received any compensation or refunds.

Please save yourself and do not use these scam cleaners. They seem to steal the less obvious things that they hope you would not notice.

Absolute scam of a company, they gave us a quote to do an end of tenancy clean to a property that has been empty for over a month (and was cleaned professionally regularly whilst tenanted) - upon arrival, 3 hours late from the booked time, the cleaner apparently could not complete the job for the quoted price because of the condition of the property - this is so utterly ridiculous considering the property has been empty for over a month and was left in a (slightly dusty) but absolutely above average condition for an end of tenancy clean considering I'd been there myself to and have rented properties for years. The agents have since been round to check and have confirmed this is the case. Don't bother booking with these people, they'll turn up late then try to overcharge to continue with the job - because the cleaners aren't up for actually cleaning.
