End of tenancy clean
The customer service, how easy it was to book, and the quality of the service was excellent. We had to rearrange our clean relatively last minute and there were no issues. Gabriella Silva did an absolutely amazing job, the flat looked brand new.

The cleaner missed a key and basic element of an end of tenancy clean such that it was taken off the deposit. With the feedback provided and request made for compensation, the company was pedantic, defensive and rude.

Incredibly overpriced
Incredibly overpriced. The cleaner also arrived 30min late without giving an ETA or a reason. She did not apologise and neither did the company. I am also 95% sure she broke the window handle but as this was discovered only 48h later, the company refuses to take responsibility.

I don’t know how these people are able to get away with it.
1. Turned up over 30 mins late. I had to chase to find out where they were. Claimed to have gotten lost but had smart phones, so surely they can read a map.
2. Lost my widow lock keys. Once the clean was done and they left I went to lock up and found the key had disappeared. Contacted the cleaner, and frankly he couldn’t careless. Promised get back to me and didn’t. I had to keep chasing and he denied seething it.
3. The clean itself was really more of a surface clean. I asked for the carpets to be cleaned and added that to my order. Turned up without any vacuum and I think they just swept using my vacuum which I could have done.
If you do choose to use them video your place first and then you’ll see what I’m saying.

Very good service
Booking the clean on website was very easy. The "team* (1 x cleaner) arrived on time and was extremely diligent. We booked a rental handover clean (2 bed flat) which incurred an additional cost because it was bigger than expected! The overall service was extremely good and it passed handover inspection. Would certainly used them again however a phone call prior to them arriving to confirm any "additional" costs is recommended.

A nice surprise
Despite a slight mix up about the starting time due to very poor connectivity at my end the actual cleaning was excellent.
The cleaners were polite and efficient, they managed to clean an iven that i thought was beyond hope let alone cleaning.
The quality of the work was so good I’m considering using CMH for a regular deep clean!

Great post-builders clean
Great post-builders clean! Ali did a phenomenal job cleaning up my three bedroom apartment after the builders were done with it and it was truly dusty but now it’s shining and spotless clean. Highly recommend! Thank you again, Ali!
