I have used Fresher Start for End of…
I have used Fresher Start for End of Tenancy Cleaning twice now and both times was extremely pleased with the result. I have pets so require extra work (including steam cleaning carpets). Both times the flat was left spotless. You wouldn't know the oven had ever been used (and I cook a lot), the shower glass was spotless and there was not a sign of pets having lived in the property. Also excellent customer service - efficient and nice to deal with. Highly recommend!

Mo’s team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, even moving boxes out of the way so they could clean properly, which made a big difference. They followed all instructions carefully and paid attention to the details.
They were also very polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout. The property was left spotless and ready for inspection. I’m really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Unprofessional End of Tenancy cleaning
I booked this company for an End of Tenancy cleaning and was very disappointed with the results. The cleaning was far from professional. Although they claim to provide a professional deep cleaning service, it turned out they only clean on the surface. The bathroom was poorly done, where dirt remained on the water tap and under the toilet rims, and the floor was still dirty.
I asked for a partial refund because the work was clearly incomplete, but my request was rejected. They only offered a revisit, which isn’t practical for an End of Tenancy clean since I could only find out about the missed areas after receiving the check-out inspection report.
Overall, I cannot recommend this company due to its poor quality of service, superficial cleaning, and unwillingness to address genuine customer complaints.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to see this, however we feel it’s important to clarify the facts for transparency.
Your property was cleaned to a professional standard, and most importantly, your deposit was returned following checkout. This clearly reflects that the cleaning met the required standard overall.
The concern raised relates to a very small, concealed area inside the toilet rim. This is not a visible surface during a standard clean and would only be identified through very close inspection. It was treated during the clean, and any remaining marks are consistent with ingrained staining rather than a lack of cleaning.
You requested a refund despite the successful outcome of your tenancy checkout. As outlined in our terms, services are non-refundable once completed. We did, however, offer a re-clean in line with our policy to address any concerns, which was declined.
We also note that the same review has been submitted more than once, which does not present a fair or balanced reflection of the service provided.
We take pride in our work and always aim to resolve matters reasonably. However, requesting a refund after a successful deposit return does not align with the purpose of an end of tenancy cleaning service.

I was ripped off with double accounting…
I was ripped off with double accounting for the parking which left me out of pocket. The cleaner asked for £30 direct and then it was also added into my bill anyway. In the confusion I paid both and then no response when I asked for this to be resolved.

To clarify, the £30 parking fee was requested directly by the cleaning team on the day due to local parking requirements. Unfortunately, this information was not immediately communicated back to our office, and the same charge was later added to your invoice in error during a particularly busy period.
Once this was brought to our attention, we refunded the duplicated amount in full.
We fully acknowledge this was a mistake on our side, and we apologise for the confusion and frustration it caused. We have since reinforced our internal procedures to ensure all on-site payments are logged correctly and prevent this from happening again.
We value transparency and fairness, and while errors can occasionally occur in high-volume operations, we always aim to put things right promptly when they do.
Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to resolve this.

Regarding the reported delay: our cleaners arrived within the scheduled window but were unable to access the property because the booking was submitted without a complete address and without a valid contact number. This unfortunately caused a delay while our office attempted to locate the property and reach you. Once contact was made, the team proceeded immediately.
Concerning the cleaning standard: as per our service guarantee, we offered multiple times to return and carry out a complimentary re-clean of any areas you were unhappy with. This offer was declined. Instead, a refund was requested. We also asked for evidence of the alleged deposit loss so we could investigate properly, however no documentation was provided.
From the outset, our priority was to resolve this through our re-clean guarantee — the same policy we apply consistently to all clients. Unfortunately, without allowing us to rectify the concerns or providing supporting evidence, we were unable to progress the matter further.
We are a customer-focused company and handle genuine complaints with care, integrity, and fairness. Hundreds of clients use our services successfully, and we always aim to reach reasonable solutions when issues arise.
If you would still like to discuss this constructively, our customer service team remains open to reviewing any supporting evidence and arranging a resolution.

Issly Task handled an end-of-move house clean. I could not be there but they are clearly very experienced with such a situation and it was very easy to arrange access, etc. Sudan, the team leader during the clean, kept me fully informed throughout and I felt very confident that all was in hand.
