Booking process is quick as I contact them via wat's up. Response is super quick.

I was shocked that only 1 person was sent for a deep clean. However, I was equally shocked what a fantastic job this person did in 7 hours, it truly was amazing. The reason for 4 star only; communication is an issue on the phone and also the person who came didn’t speak a word of English. However if all their cleaners are like that they do an amazing job.

Unfortunately the cleaning was done very poorly - the wardrobes shelves in both of the rooms were left unwired despite my specific instructions to wipe every shelf. The kitchen shelves were left dusty and the shelf under the oven was full of dust rabbits. Very disappointed with the cleaning and the fact that I did not get a refund for such poor cleaning(I was away for 9 days after the cleaning and did not have the chance to inspect the cleaning until after my return).

Fantastic service- the cleaners were punctual, polite and incredibly thorough. The house was absolutely pristine when they were finished. Incredible job and worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Good communications and professional service

If you are using them as a tenant, avoid at all costs.

This company charges hundreds of pounds for 'end of tenancy cleans' which will never pass a single check from a landlord without adding several hundred pounds more in 'extra' fees. I think it's pretty sketchy ethically speaking to have a service labelled this way when it doesn't actually include all the basics, but maybe that would be fine if they otherwise did the things they said came as standard.

They promise to 'come back' if you are unhappy with the clean, but if it turns out if they don't have anyone handy before the next people come in, you're out of luck.

I tried I get at least a partial refund of the £429 I paid, to offset the further £300 that was taken from my deposit to pay for additional cleaning on short notice, but they are obviously not interested in doing that. They seem to be asserting that because I took a while to get internet in my house, the clear timeline of 'had an end of tenancy clean' into 'being charged for further cleaning' doesn't apply. They are now demanding an insane burden of proof like date-stamped photos or itemized charges from the follow up cleaners that obviously I would never be able to provide as a way to weasel their way out of even the smallest level of refund.

I have loads of pictures, but unfortunately Trust Pilot doesn't seem to have a way to put them up. For example, the ones that show ignored cobwebs on the ceilings, windowsills they weren't bothered with, obviously un-mopped kitchen floor, and a couple of filthy skirting boards. One of which you can still see the little spider that lived in that corner, which is a pretty funny example.

Before I forget, they left the house unlocked when they left, and the windows all open! It was agreed that they would lock up and leave the key when they left as I had to go and look after my children. However, when the landlord came to inspect the house he found they didn't even do that. Which I would expect would be a standard part of an end of tenancy clean of an empty house with no one living in it.

We decided our newly purchased 2-bed flat needed a deep clean on a rush basis. The booking and quotation were very professional. We described exactly what we needed all done by noon the next day.
Leandro and Carla arrived at 8 AM as promised. 4 hours later the flat sparkled, oven and fridge like new and floors and woodwork shining. Thank you CMH.

My experience with CMH Cleaning Services was excellent. Thaufik communicated with me throughout the time of day leading up to cleaning day. Had a little mishap and he rectified it very quickly. Stayed in connect with me whole time and the cleaner Katyele was very thorough. She done a 2 bedroom flat from top to bottom and her work was awesome. Very friendly people would highly recommend this company. So proud of how she left the flat.

I paid 50% upfront deposit for a whole house end-of-tenancy clean. The cleaners came the next day and did a great job. I thought the carpet especially looked better. There were some small areas missed which is understandable considering it's a large house and they had never been before. CMH attended the next day to correct this and I paid in full + their parking fees which I was happy to do. Communication is quick. I would use again.

I came across CMH Cleaning's website in a bit of a panic, needing an urgent clean at one of our properties at short notice — and I'm so glad I did! The booking process was quick and easy, and the turnaround time was fantastic given how last-minute the request was.

I've since used them multiple times, and every single time the results have been flawless. Communication throughout has been great too, with regular updates so I always know what's happening.

Highly recommend — a reliable, professional service that I'll continue to use for our properties. Very happy!

We had booked this for deep cleaning for our new home. Had a very bad experience.
1) People who came didn't knew english and we had to rely on google translate.
2) Cleaning was not good - there were lot of dirty spots. Eventually we had to supervise for each and every room.
3) The ended up damaging our toilet flush, we had to get a plumber to get it fixed.
4) While booking they did mention that they will clean conservatory, but they cannot reach the roof of conservatory as they did not bring relevant tools to reach them. So eventually they got paid for something which they did not clean.
So do not fall for the high ratings they have received, definitely not worth it.

Hands down the best clean I’ve had in my life! My flat wasn’t dirty (I thought😂) I just wanted a deep clean for maintenance and to cover the areas I’m too lazy to do (like blinds and windows) but my flat is sparkling like I’ve never seen it!!! Even cleaner than when I first moved in! Fantastic service, I’ll certainly book again and recommend to friends and family in the area! Thank you so much for fitting me in so quickly!

I had a good experience with CMH Cleaning. They handled my end of tenancy cleaning and the booking process was easy. The cleaners were thorough in their job, they are polite and professional. The price is also reasonable than other quotations I got. I will recommend them.

The cleaners completely transformed my house. They were here for about 7 hours working solidly - going above and beyond what we asked them to do. Honestly cannot thank them enough and will definitely use again.

We were really struggling to find somewhere to book us in last minute. despite their schedule being full, they managed to fit us in as they understood our predicament and we offered a higher rate. The cleaning crew arrived on time and did such an amazing job - we ended up getting our full deposit back. The price of the service was very reasonable and the work was absolutely outstanding, couldn’t be happier

Genuinely the best cleaning service ever!
We are students who were moving out of our house. We hired cleaners to make it easier for us to move out with less stress about getting the deposit back. CHM cleaners did an amazing and detailed job at cleaning everything for such a reasonable price (we split between 4) I would recommend this to any student or anyone wanting their house feeling like brand new. I can only give 5 stars because the work they do is amazing! Well done guys I am very grateful! The booking process was very simple we talked on WhatsApp about exactly what I wanted done and they did that and more than I even expected. Thank you. 🤩
