This was the worst end of tenancy clean…
This was the worst end of tenancy clean I have ever had. They barely wiped anything down let alone actually clean anything. I think the house was literally just as clean before they got there. What an absolute waste of money. The roman screamed at me in the end when I argued that he needed to clean the bathrooms better. What’s the point of even asking me if they don’t care what I think anyways?

Dear Daniel,
unfortunately after our check- we could not find you as an our existing customer. In our system we do not have you as a client.
Therefore we are not able to accept your complaint.
We know very well who is staying behind this profile and we are not going to deal with someone with fake profile.
You would like to pollute the prestige of our company, but in fact we don’t have any points of contacts.
Probably you are going to create more fake profiles, but anyway we can provide a ton with positive reviews and recommendation from our happy customers.
We wish you all the best and instead of spam (despite that there isn't bad advert) our company, be more creative and enjoy the life.
Best Regards

DO NOT USE. I booked an end of tenancy clean several weeks in advance. Not only did they not turn up, but also ignored my phone calls and refused to speak with me
