I booked an end-of-tenancy clean with Moji's team. The booking process was straightforward, the costs very reasonable, and the team were very polite and did a stellar job.
They arrived very promptly this afternoon and finished cleaning my room, the large communal kitchen, and the communal bathroom in just over 2 hours, and the place is cleaner than when I moved in!

I’m extremely happy with the cleaning service provided by Shaida and Zanko. They were very efficient, professional, paying great attention to detail and making sure everything was cleaned to a very high standard.
They worked hard, were well organised, and went above and beyond to ensure the property was left spotless. Their dedication, friendly attitude, and commitment to doing a great job really stood out.
Also would like to highlight the excellent customer support. When booking over the phone, the team were very polite, clear, and helpful, explaining everything properly and being completely transparent about the costs, with no hidden charges or unpleasant surprises. This gave me confidence in the service from the very beginning.

Team John were absolutely fantastic with cleaning the two bed and two bath I was renting, I was having a last minute move-out on and I struggled to find cleaners who would take me so soon. Team John got assigned to me in less than 24 hours and I could have not been more grateful.

They were very very nice and professional and we even had conversations as well which was very pleasant!

I have a cat so I was very afraid of the state of the carpets from his constant shedding, but they had it looking just as it did when I first moved in! They had everything looking spotless. Carpets, counters, kitchen, bathrooms, my garage and even the shower glass with the many water marks it had!

I was so pleased I even recommended this company to one of co-workers who is going to be moving out soon! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Excellent service, came back to the place thouroughly done, with impressive carpet steaming by Moji and his team!

Very disappointing experience. We booked a deep clean, while they cleaned the extractor hood it fell onto the hob, damaging both!!! but They refused to cover the wall repair required before the extractor could be safely reinstalled. They even refused to refund the extractor cleaning charge, despite leaving it detached and unusable.

Accidents can happen, but the way they handled the aftermath was very disappointing. We would not use them again.

Moji and his team were fantastic! Got on with the job at hand and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was spotless and you could tell they worked really hard to make it perfect for us when we returned. Amazing value for money. Will be using again! Thank you!

Great service, left the place spotless even corners I had a lot of trouble cleaning before. Moji's team was nice and friendly and did a great job! They were accommodating and even did extra than what we booked. Definitely recommend and will call them again!

I would definitely not recommend using this company

I booked weeks in advance an end of tenancy clean for an unfurnished one bedroom flat with no carpet.
When I received the end of tenancy report from the estate agent a week later, I was told that I would get charged for another end of tenancy clean as the flat was not cleaned properly:

-Ceiling lights dusty
-Sockets dusty
-Skirting boards dusty
-Didn't clean between wall and appliances
-limescale by kitchen sink
-Drip marks on even door
-Burnt on grease inside oven
-Kitchen extraction fan left sticky
-Bathroom extraction fan very dusty
-Limescale in bathroom sink

I have logged in a complaint. It says on the website that you have 7 days after the clean to sent any complaint. This was Impossible to do as I got the informations from the agency over week later. I asked the agency if myself or the cleaning company could go back to clean what was missed but the new tenants were about to move in.

As it stands I am still waiting to hear back from the cleaning company. It's been over 72 hours since I filled in the complaint form.

I booked an end of tenancy clean and got amazing service from start to finish. Moji's team of cleaners made sure everything was immaculate, they were super professional and spent time making sure I was happy with all of their work. Highly recommend!

I inquired a few cleaning companies for our end of tenancy cleaning and this company got back to be very quickly with a quote via WhatsApp and email. The booking process was very smooth and easily communicated via both WhatsApp and email including a detailed invoice. Moji’s team arrived on time and got our flat sparkling clean within 4 hours and also offered to help me with my personal belongings as I was moving out this day too. Very kind and got the job done to high standards, thank you again. Would definitely recommend and consider using them again if I need in the future!
