We visited the Banstead shop and found it packed full of wonderful items ready to be repurposed, all in a great condition. The shop layout is a little busy for my liking but I understand why it is necessary, and the staff were fantastically friendly. We bought a couple of items and will definitely return to look for some bargains - and what a wonderful cause these guys are working for.

I wish I could put zero stars for the Hereford branch but they get one for simply answering the phone. I was trying to explain about my friend who has been feeding so called feral kittens (they are not). The cats protection on feral cats is catch neuter and release, these are kittens one has already been rehomed but instead of listening to me the lady kept talking very loudly over me , very rude ! My concern is if these kittens are released back into the wild when they can be rehomed they will die it’s winter for gods sake! Disgusting behaviour I will never phone again. They are not feral they are just not used to human contact the parents have abandoned them!!

This is my 3rd cat from cats protection. The cat I adopted was from your Reading branch (Knoll Hill Cattery, Maidenhead). Wonderful, helpful people. They arranged transport to take me to visit the cat. And then when I adopted him brought him to me as I don't drive and don't have transport. Thank you. Sid is the most wonderful, beautiful black cat, who has brought me so much joy. He wants to be with me all the time. I treasure him. Thank you so much to all the wonderful people who helped me through the process.

lovely friendly staff at Wrexham branch. I lost my 16 year old cat earlier this year and decided to give a home to another. Ivy is the sweetest shyest cat I have ever met, the staff where super friendly and told me about Ivy previous history. The day of adoption was straight forward along with follow up phone calls along with telling if I should need them I am only a phone call away. And sweet Ivy is now very much part of my family.

I had a great experience with Cats Protection when I recently adopted a kitten. All the staff I met were friendly, helpful and professional. They were able to provide all the information I needed about the kitten and the process of adopting. There was no pressure to adopt more than one cat even though I am sure there are many more cats than forever homes.

Cats protection Warrington provided a great service when we adopted Noodle from them. Fast replies over email, a chat over the phone, after our application was accepted it took 7 days for Noodle to be home! They did all the follow ups and were always very helpful. We lucked out, Noodle is the bestest boi ever, and I am happy he came tu us through Cats protection. The fee to adopt was fair, the cat was happy and healthy when we picked him up and staff clearly care :)

Adopted two kittens from St Helen's branch. Whole experience was excellent, staff very helpful, friendly and the centre felt warm and welcoming. Kittens are health, already litter trained, wormed and flea treated. Really happy with our experience

The staff were very friendly and let us see the cat and get to know her and stroke her. She was a very friendly cat and seemed to be comfortable meeting us.

Having said goodbye to our beautiful fur baby, we decided we wanted to add a kitten to our family. After scouring websites we spotted a beautiful litter at the south London cats protection.
The volunteers there are so helpful and kind. We’re so happy we came across them and that they united us with such an adorable cat. The process is so easy and seamless. Highly recommend.

This organisation is hateful they lie to make you part with animals and make a profit from them.

Nothing more than a business and hiding from paying business rates and tax.

Disgusting my cats were rehomed against my wishes. I handed them over under false information. I made a complaint to the charities commission last year they agreed I had been treated unfairly and have kept the case on record

Cats protection were great at helping us to adopt our cat. She was exactly as described in adoption forms and the information provided was very helpful. They are organised and the whole process was stress free. You can tell that all the cats are very well cared for. Thank you

I expected things to take a few weeks so was surprised to find I could meet my cat the next day. As she is a very social cat and seemed to like me, I took her home the day I met her and she has settled very well. I wanted an older cat rather than kittens as I am an older adult. the staff were helpful and called me to check on her a couple of times.

The team at Fishcross are excellent and clearly care greatly for the cats in their care. They were so friendly and welcoming and kept us fully informed from start to finish of the adoption process.

I adopted 2 feral kittens from Forth Valley Adoption Centre, the staff were very professional and caring, and supportive throughout the whole process. They were all very knowledgeable, and always the kittens welfare at the forefront. The follow up calls were really helpful and knowing I can contact them for advice anytime is really reassuring.
