Lovely friendly gent came in cleaned my sofa arm no mess excellent service.

The guy was professional and explained what he was doing
He asked me what had happened?
I told him and he took pictures and turned sofa upside down he found out the problem and resolved it straight away

Technition arrived on the day/ date agreed. Very polite and respectful. I was disappointed with the treatment used to treat the problem associated with my sofas. I was led to believe (not by Catalan) that a neutralizing agent was going to be used to rectify the awful smell that was being given off by the fire retardant treatment on both sofas. I was surprised when the technician brought out a spray bottle of febreeze. Needless to say that the febreeze has not worked . Fortunately the retailer has agreed to a full refund for both sofas which is a shame as I absolutely love the sofas but the experience has put me off buying from this retailer again.

Phoned this company about something that I was not happy with about a product I have purchased a couple of years ago. Thier reply was to give me a time for them to come and fix it, only 2 weeks later Thier upholstery expert,Ruben,arrived replaced parts that were required.
The skill shown by Ruben showed that he was a very skilled person. Based on my experience of this firm I would be happy to fully recommend them to anyone.
