Had a visit on behalf of sofa issues from furniture village "3rd replacement" , these guy's "CASTELAN " totally lied about the condition of the sofas and decided they were no faults and I signed off on that finding Agreeing with their report , totally false and lies, this company are protecting the poor quality being sold by furniture village by selling sofas that are imported and unboxed on the pavement before being brought into your home , totally unckecked by Furniture Village Prior to Delivery they also use 3rd parties who have little knowledge or care when delivering and installing the furniture, then they have the odassity to send out this company to make findings in there favour ,which I've since found is a claim on my insurance policy which was not authorised, I have proof and photograph's that show different from your fabricated findings ,Im sorry CASTELAN But if it was Stevie Wonder you sent out I could fully appreciate your findings .

Absolutely disappointed with the sofa insurance sold through Sofology. When we purchased it, the process was made to sound so simple and reassuring. We were told that accidental spills and stains would be covered, and that as long as incidents were reported within 24 hours, the issue would be resolved.
Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely misleading.
My children accidentally spilled water and milk on the sofa. I reported the claim immediately within the required timeframe, exactly as instructed, yet the claim was still rejected. We paid nearly £500 for this cover, and now it feels like a complete waste of money.
At the point of sale, the insurance was presented as if we would be covered for almost anything, which is why we agreed to take it out. Had we known how difficult it would be to actually claim, we never would have paid for it.
I feel completely conned and extremely disappointed. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before purchasing this insurance cover, because in our experience it was not worth it at all.

The guy was very pleasant & polite, to the point of asking should he take his shoes of at the door. He conducted thd repair efficiently cleaning up any mess that was made.
Ensured we were happy with things before he left.

The gentleman was very polite,(took off his shoes without being asked...always a tick in my book!) He did try to resolve the issue ,but unfortunately think it was out of his hands . So we look forward to hearing from you.

Andy was a fantastic gentleman whom not only helped save my sofa he also explained to me best products for a quick fix while waiting for an expert. He was extremely friendly with my two very young children and he was so understanding

Completed a claim on-line and had an appointment within 2 days to visit and make the repair. Very satisfied with the process and the service

Professional and friendly service

The technician notified me on the morning of the visit as to his arrival time. He was spot on on his time. He was very polite and professional and deserves 5 stars for that alone. He checked the stain on the sofa. Asked a few questions and was left to do the work. He completed the ink stain removal very quickly. He allowed an inspection prior to leaving. The work was completed like magic. Well done.

From the information re booking and appt through to the appointment everything was well executed.
At the appointment sofa was inspected , problem diagnosed and the solution explained. Remedy carried out quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them .

No faith in this company took out insurance when I bought a suite of furniture had a problem with the two seater which was repaired had the same problem with the three seater and got the reply it wasn’t covered yet nobody at this company has taken the time to tell me why one issue is cover and the same issue is not.

The Castelan operative was punctual, personable and professional during the repair. He identified the problem and rectified it efficiently and quickly. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.
