Professional helpful and excellent workmanship
Technician polite timeous and very knowledgeable
Technician identified the issue and repaired the fault. He also identified a fault in the construction where screws had been inserted in place of broken bolt
He further commented that our previous insurance enquiries regarding damage. Diagnosed as wear and tear was not what he would have expected for a sofa less than a year old (padding should have been covering hard metal frame

It didn’t really work. The stain has gone but an awful smell was left once dried.

brilliant service. Easy online tool to book and fast appointment. The man that came to our house was polite, helpful, knowledgable.

The engineer actually listened to me
The engineer actually listened to me! He wasn't in a tearing hurry and he wasn't a jobsworth. I was on the point of returning the chair as whatever was done didn't make it comfortable!! Thank you...simple things often solve issues.
