Carl arrived on time, was efficient, diagnosed problem with sofa quickly, rectified without any mess and was gone. Trouble free ending to mistake made at factory.

Fast clean and tidy

The fitter who attended to my recliner was excellent and gave me good advice but i was most disappointed with your rejection with the colour fading in just 2 years without inspecting the chair and despite having a 5year leather warranty

Technician came out and took his time to rectify a minor issue. He was professional, efficient and friendly explaining what he was doing

Neil took time out to explain what he was doing . I was not happy with the noise and clonking for a chair a week old . Told to use it for 4/6 weeks to let it settle down not agreeing with that but I'm not an engineer.But I will do as Neil said to do and contact him or oak tree. Prompt curtesous and efficient

Great customer service only had a heat mark from straighteners to see if they could remove it. Only thing they could do was use steam machine to try to get rid of it actually didn’t do too much but otherwise would have to remove top of couch cover & replace but not sure about what the colour match would be like not that noticeable so just leaving it. But service is still there for any future accidents. Good company just not a solution for us other than replace. Big job for mark which is not really that noticeable.

Not very good experience. When I booked all the issues, and after email information that technician will be attending assessment. They did not asses all mentioned items on the claim. And send me text I need to speak to the shop. Not profesional at all from start to finish.

Technician was friendly and arrived promptly. Diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part within 20 minutes of arriving. Good service.
