Item turned up within a couple of days with a slight issue as a fault of my own. Item returned F.O.C and replaced very swiftly. Makes a nice change to deal with a company that are so helpful and hassle free. Would recommend to anybody.

I wanted a warm windproof coat which had an element of style to it and had been browsing sheepskin outerwear for a while. I opted eventually for Caine Leather's Tallassee Toscana shearling duffle coat in black. Based on the sizing advice on the website I ordered a 12 rather than my usual 8. The coat has just arrived--it's exactly what I wanted and a perfect fit. I imagine it will stretch with use and become even more comfortable. You can roll the sleeves up to get the length you want and it closes well if you want to use just the toggles rather than the zip (which is two way, a bonus if you're short like me!) I'm very happy with this.

This company ripped me off. I bought a leather jacket when it arrived it was fake leather, no tag and completely disappointed me in every facet. The collar is still wrinkled from the way they packed into a tiny package. I wish I never wasted my money on this Chinese knock off crap they're peddling!

I bought a leather jacket for my husband and was slightly apprehensive as to what would arrive, in terms of both fit and quality.
The jacket arrived the next day by DPD, and it is fantastic. Great fit, very well made and really nice leather.

after two bad experiences with so called British leather shops which seem to operate in Pakistan where there sizes are all over the place,i contacted Caine leathers asked what size they would recommend for me i ordered a jacket which was a perfect fit and it is extremely well made thank you Caine leathers

I just received my Battledown Leather Coat from Caine, and its a perfect fit and looks great. I placed the order on a Wedensday and got the coat on the following Monday and I live in the States. I highly recommend Caine, great products and quick delivery ... Shop at Caine...

DREADFUL customer service. And I see I'm not alone in that view. They may have nice jackets but they're not the only company who have nice jackets. Do not use this company.

Orderer a leather jacket, when it arrived I found it to be a bit tight. I returned the jacket using the free returns label and asked for the next size. My new jacket arrived, perfect fit, all start to finish in days and with top class email communication from Caine.
The jacket is of the finest quality and exactly what I was looking for.
I highly recommend this company for both their customer communication and quality of product.

I bought a men's leather Harrington Cookbury jacket in XL. I decided that it was a little on the large side and so I thought I would try the Large. The exchange procedure was effortless. I returned the jacket to a local DPD pick up location. I received the Large within the week.

The jacket was amazing. The quality, the stitching, the design, the feel, the fit! I felt as though the jacket had been tailor made to my exact measurements! I can honestly say to anyone who is considering buying from Caine Leather to do so with complete confidence! I will definitely be buying again in the near future.

Just like to say i ordered a black leather blazer from this company and was not disappointed. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone which advised me of what size i needed and when i got the blazer i could not believe the quality of it. It's the most softest and luxury coat i have ever brought plus its not made of lots of pieces of leather sewn together. Just 2 panels back and front. I would most definitely buy from Caine Leather again. Steve

When I received my black bomber in the mail I was surprised I got it so fast, it took five days, and when I opened it I was in for another surprise, I was impressed with the size fit, quality, style, craftsmanship, and the detail, I'm glad I didn't deviate from their size chart. Great jacket, easy to use website with great communications. I had a problem with the DPD delivery but after contacting Cain I had a speedy reply from Catherina. She contact DPD and sorted the issue which resulted in me receiving my order within the original delivery window. A great response from a great company to deal with

The size guide only offers chest measurements. They encourage you to get in touch if you have questions, so I asked whether one of their jackets was a straight, boxy fit, or a slim fit. Apparently they are not aware how shops these days describe the fit (regular vs slim, straight vs fitted, etc). I also wanted to know the length since it matters in terms of how it catches on my bottom. In response, I got the same chest measurements and info that I can already see on their website. To them, it adequately describes whether the fit is slim or not. No it doesn’t. They also went on about the mannequin they use in their photos, telling me it’s size 10 when the website says it’s 12, and pretending that it adequately shows off the jacket. It’s impossible to see whether it’s a straight fit or not. The photos are ok but it’s still a mannequin and you don’t get the real life feel, or a clear idea of the exact design. I was quite disappointed and tried to explain that my waist is the problem, and that I don’t know what they mean when they say that this style, which is originally for men, is tailored to suit women. It would usually mean that the cut is fitted at the waist. I just got patronising response. So now they were telling me the cut is tapered, but because I appeared upset, they told me to go and shop elsewhere.

I really did not want to bring up the fact that I am disabled, live in the middle of nowhere, and rely on internet shopping, and have to describe my exact body problems to them. I don’t need a real life shop, I just need to know if the fit is straight or not! So I ended up doing that anyway, at which point they claimed they had answered my initial question quite adequately. At this point I’m getting quite desperate, because they are not letting it go and a simple inquiry that I felt hopeful about, turned into a draining exchange that just depressed me. So I tell them that I felt humiliated to have to explain that my middle is wider than my chest, and got another patronising response, ‘we wish you the very, very best of luck in your search’. Oh ffs. Apparently they have no concept of good service and how to offer a simple apology for not getting it right and understanding my question. If you had to get the last word, you could at least sound more respectful. This is precisely why mentioning disability or a body type that’s outside the norm, is not a good idea. People are so eager to jump on your vulnerabilities in order to make themselves look good. Ok enough time and energy wasted on this antiquated company, hopefully I can move on now.

Very pleased with my sheepskin duffle coat. Well-made and good fit. Also have to mention the excellent customer service and quick response when my daughter’s jacket didn’t fit.

First rate service ! I ordered a brown Hartford jacket and forgot to put the size I needed. It was a Friday afternoon and I was distracted. I emailed as soon as I realised the error and received a reply the following morning (a Saturday).
My new jacket has just arrived (Tuesday) and it's the right size. The colour is better in real life than in the website pic. If I need a new coat/jacket Caine is the first place I'll look.

I ordered the Jacobstowe and it arrived within 3 working days - the first time in M this was too large on the arms. I returned this free of charge with DPD, and when it returned my item was actually even higher quality than expected and fits remarkably well. Incredibly pleased with this purchase

I bough an xl sibiu jacket and love the feel fit and quality of it. Arrived far quicker than I expected it too and am not complaining
