I am a prop firm owner at The Upside Funding. I recently listed our company on their website. They began contacting our offices demanding payment for “premium listing fees”. When we did not pay for this “service” they threatened us with fake negative reviews on both their site and on trust pilot. I will personally make it my free community service to contact each Prop Firm CEO individually to make them aware of this mafia style scam.

To whom it may concern,
This Guy was keep on putting pressure on us and demanding the personal details for of the user who left the review against his prop firm based on his own experience, but i denied to provided such details because it's totally unethical then he asked to request the user to remove his review from trust pilot so i told him that Trustpilot review is entirely misplaced. We do not own, manage, or operate Trustpilot, nor did we post that review. It was submitted independently by a user. As an external third party, we have absolutely no authority or technical capability to alter or delete content on Trustpilot. If you believe that review violates Trustpilot’s guidelines, you must dispute it directly with their compliance team.
Regarding the review submitted on our own platform, we operate under strict professional standards. We do not approve or remove user reviews without concrete evidence. We have already reached out to the concerned user to provide verification and proof of their claim. If they fail to provide adequate evidence, the review will be handled according to our standard operating procedures—not because of external threats.
After that he tried to blame on me that i am the one behind that trust pilot account and so on and tried to blackmail me and he was misleading all the prop firm's owner by showing them half of the conversation where we spoke about the features of premium listing because he requested me couple of times for the details of premium listing and i never demanded anything.
He tried to turned that email's proof in his favor by showing few parts of the email because he is clever and he knew if he showed the complete conversation of the emails then he will be exposed.
Note: This firm is already Marked and reported scam at our platform by many users and he is only showing few point in the email to blackmail us, But we have show the complete proof that he asked me for premium plan many times by himself. This guy also running multiple scam projects, I have got the proof and will be happy to provided upon request.
