I recently purchased the Nymet jacket for my partner for Christmas.

After following the very clear size chart, it fits him perfectly, and he is over the moon with it, as am I as he looks gorgeous in it!!

I don't usually post reviews but felt I had to as the service I received was outstanding, ordered and received within a few days.

Thank you very much....when I need a new one I know where to shop for it!

The whole experience of shopping with this business was great - easy to use website (plenty of choice, well laid out and plenty of information to assist decision making) good communication following order and incredibly fast delivery. The jacket we originally ordered for my son was not a great fit but returning that jacket was very easy and fuss free. We ordered an alternative which arrived quickly and my son is delighted with it (incredibly soft leather and beautifully made). I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for a leather jacket.

I had a great experience with the company! I ordered a leather biker jacket in early December for an event I was attending in late December. It shipped out promptly and in australia the carrier was Aramex. (Most Australians will know this is bad news) Aramex stuffed up so royally and were impossible To deal with. They kept changing my delivery address in their system to an address that didn’t exist and I was unable to change it back from my end. I contacted Caine and spoke to lovely Chris who went above and beyond on her end to try and rectify The address issue from her end or change the delivery address to my work place. She ended up sending out a second jacket to my workplace at no cost which got to me in a matter of days without a hitch. I had it just in Time for me event. The jacket is of amazing quality. I got a cowhide one so it’s nice and heavy! I LOVE it and will be back for more items I am sure!!

Very poor and unhelpful customer service!!! First place order just to be told they do not deliver to NI even so there is no mention on website and system allows it. Also they say they ship to Europe and USA... After my first order was cancelled place second one with delivery to my daughter in England. Their poor system does not allow you to create account so no delivery details can be edited when using PayPal. Contact customer service about it even made notes on placing order. Nope second order also cancelled. Shocking poor service. Was prepared to come back and spent more money after getting gift coat but now will avoid and sell to all friends to avoid that site too.

Ordered Saturday afternoon, Delivered Monday morning. This is my second purchase from this company, Both times I have been very pleased with the quality and delivery.

There is no way that all these 5 star reviews are real. Easily one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had having to deal with what I can only assume is a rude, jumped up owner that can’t handle customer issues in a reasonable manner.

I bought a jacket from here a while back. Only leaving this review now as I couldn’t find any form of google page at the time.

The first jacket I ordered was too small but obviously not the fault of the companies, so sent it back. It then took well over 2 weeks for them to process the return and send back a larger size. When I received the replacement, the colour of it seemed extremely different to the one shown on the website that I ordered.

The reply I received firstly was extremely blunt advising that they take pictures for their products under certain light calibration to replicate some form of light at a certain time of day when the sun is at a a certain height blah blah blah load of absolute bolloc*s. The colour difference was considerable so at this point I knew the company were a bit of a joke.

I also noticed that on the new jacket of correct size, there was a label on the inside of it for another company / branding, which is not what you’d expect at all. The smaller jacket I received before hand did not have this at all.

I sent numerous emails just asking them to confirm the status of the jacket, with barely any reply to the point where I just gave up with them.

Anyway, after getting over the fact that I felt slightly mugged off, I actually came around to liking the jacket so thanks for that but the people running this business are terrible with people and customer service.

I’d rather any other potential customers be aware of what they could possibly be in for and spend their money with genuinely decent people.

Just purchased a sheepskin duffle coat in black and it is perfect. Real high end quality, look and feel. Beautifully made and fits perfect. Would highly recommend.

The service was perfect in more ways than one. Size guide, description of the blazer , delivery info and quality of service was second to none.

Fantastic company, so obliging went out of their way to sort out my delivery problem.... With regards to the coat it's beautiful super soft with a sumptuous lining. Caine are faultless, very professional and it shows in an excellent quality product. I will definitely be buying from them again as I'm planning in buying my son a leather biker jacket next year. Caine you are true professionals and your coats exceed all expectations

I had some reservations about ordering a coat online, but I must admit the whole process has been fantastic. I emailed Caine leather first to ask if my size was in stock and they emailed me back to confirm it was. I ordered a sheepskin coat on Thursday, and it was delivered on Saturday. The Sheepskin coat is of very high quality, and it fits me like a glove, just superb in every way. Caine Leather is definitely the company I will be choosing again to purchase any other leather coat product, without doubt, an all-round superb product, company with a service to match. A1+++++.

We ordered two Sheepskin Jackets from Caine Leather. Prior to purchase we sent an email to Caine asking questions about sizing. We received a return email very shortly after we sent our inquiry, explaining how to size. Then we ordered, and received our beautiful coats in four(4) days from our order being placed. Four(4) days from the U.K. to Pennsylvania! The quality and fit are amazing. Deal in confidence.

Firstly to be fair the products and delivery are excellent. However, customer service was somewhat intransigent when a problem arose. I ordered a ladies jacket taking the usual size worn by the recipient as a guide but also consulted the site size guide. The jacket received was far too large so was returned for replacement with next size down. This was also too large which was very surprising so was returned again now being two sizes below the usual fit unfortunately now that it fit the recipient elected preference for a different style. This caused Caine to cancel my order and refuse point blank to even allow another order no matter what I said about being willing to pay postage. The call taker Denise kept asking if there was anything else she could help with, really? At no point does the site indicate that "free returns" does not quite mean that or is limited and notwithstanding my willingness to take responsibility for the postage she remained unwilling to compromise. Nor was the courtesy of an explanation given which seems worse as they have my number. I had to call them. They are now out of pocket for the carriage charges with no associated sale and lost future business. Caine will no doubt give all manner of reasons to justify their response and claim that an explanation was given, it was not but take this as it is, a warning. BE CAREFUL. The sizing advice is nonsense and Caine do not feel under any obligation to make their position clear. They simply cancelled the order and declined to accept another without explanation. Maybe their understanding of the language relies on telepathy. I have now obtained exactly the same jacket at a better price (they are not makers just sellers) from another source. They clearly have enough business to be unconcerned about losing any. Shabby attitude. Not recommended

I ordered my jacket on a Wednesday evening and I was wearing it on Friday. I’m very pleased with the service and the quality. Keep up the good work Caine Leathers. Top marks!

I placed my order with Caine Leather UK for the Sibiu Biker Jacket, and it arrived to my address in Australia only 10 days later. Amazing!
The jacket is also amazing! It is exactly as the web page describes it. Fits perfect, feels and looks great.

Really pleased with my purchase (men's XXL black leather bomber) the quality and fit have exceeded my expectations.
I have to say I was unsure what to expect despite the vast majority of reviews being positive reading some of the negative reviews always casts some doubt - however I am pleased I did not let them influence me, the jacket is fantastic, the leather soft and supple, quality is better than I expected. Ordered a jacket from these guys, delivered within 2 days, clear and concise exchange instructions enclosed. Posted back to them on Tuesday, received an email today to say my larger jacket will be with my Friday. All e mails responded too, did not wear jacket but it felt quality, well done guys. Would recommend to anyone

Their size chart is very off and they do not care. I bought a larger size and it is way too small and their customer service department could care less. Nice jacket. Bad company to deal with. For orders delivered outside the UK, the cost of returning the item is yours and any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge.

Ordered x2 waistcoats, here in a couple of days. Unfortunately they were the wrong size - spoke to Caine leather, sorted return, and new waistcoats arrived. This was all withing one week. We were kept up to date with all the tracking during this process.

What a great company to do business with. I ordered a leather jacket which I had to return as it was too small. The return process was easy and communication was exceptional. Caine went out of their way to provide a new jacket very quickly. The jacket is absolutely stunning and of a very high quality. Customer care was some of the best I have experienced for a long while.
