I usually only buy big name brands. Like mulberry and LV etc, but my Lakeland’s bag, is absolutely amazing! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Well done!

Bought a beautiful Penton jacket from Lakeland. My son managed to get a water mark on it so I contacted Lakeland for advice which they replied straight away. I bought the care kit which I wish I had bought originally when I bought the jacket. Both the service and the product have been brilliant.

A very good quality jacket.I bought Braithwaite bomber. The leather is very soft. My size is 12-14 and I ordered a size 14. It fits perfectly; I can even wear a thin sweater underneath. It's exactly as pictured. I love it. Delivery was very fast, just 2 days after ordering.

I ordered on Friday and received order the following day. Absolutely marvellous turn around. Very pleased with my purchase the leather is good quality and very pleased with the fit. I went up one size so I could put jumpers underneath so pleased.

For true value for money Lakeland can’t be beaten and they have kept pace with the times in terms of contemporary styles. Just a shame that the number of retail stores has reduced. It was easy to order. The only reason I never gave a 5 star was I received an email thanking me for “making another purchase”. This was my first purchase which then made me think I had accidentally ordered twice. I phoned your customer service for clarification who confirmed I had made one order. Why thank me for making “another” purchase.

i'm so very glad that i chose lakeland leather to buy my gloves, they are buttery soft leather, and fit excellent, the quality is fantastic, i would highly reccomend to others, and would definately buy again thank you.

The bags arrived in good time and are a lovely leather, they seem to be well made and hopefully will last a long time.

The tote bag would have benefited from a slightly longer strap because although it says it can be worn across the body it is too close under the arm and would restrict what you wanted to put in to it.

When trying to register the bags online for the guarantee, a product code is required, I looked at my invoice, there is no product code listed. The attached labels had at least three sets of numbers but none stated product code and without the product code I couldn’t register them. I now have to call them to ask where I find the product code.

Delivered quicker than expected. Love this suede jacket, great colour and lovely fit. True to size. Ideal for spring/autumn.
