I ordered a bag from the website,arrived on time,as expected..happy with my purchase.Have shopped at Lakeland for years and am so sad that various shops are closing..

I bought a jacket from the Debenhams website. I needed to exchange it as it was a bit too small. Lakeland's customer services team were excellent. I ended up buying my replacement directly from them rather than through Debenhams. They were flexible about shipping to an alternative address as I was going on holiday and did not want to rick the jacket going out of stock. Excellent all round. Would recommend. No AI here :-)

Easy to order on-line, good description of the leather belt, arrived in a short time and kept informed of delivery. A really nice well-made belt. I ordered extra small which is perfect. You can have it any size you want as there aren’t specific holes for the buckle. The colour is great and so is the quality.

Very pleased with my handbag, arrived in 3 days, well packaged, high quality leather, well made. There is absolutely nothing to fault. Definitely will buy more from Lakeland Leather. Thank you guys for your hard work and excellent products.

I’m extremely pleased with the leather biker jacket I bought. The quality is exceptional, the leather is beautifully soft and the fit is excellent. I have been looking for a leather biker jacket that is a little longer than the standard and this fits the bill perfectly. Delivery was also super quick!

I always find buying online stressful. Lakeland served me well, the information they sent as they packaged and posted my jacket was really reassuring. The Jacket arrived in good time, well packaged and true to size.
Genuine leather products are never cheap (as a leather worker on a much smaller scale - I know the costs!), but the jacket was well priced and well made.
Would recommend again.

The bag is really lovely..and very practical. It is made with a very smart leather and came with excellent information as to how to look after it and preserve the leather.
