BSI Merch has been always on time
BSI Merch has been always on time, has good products and a good information/ update policy. Fragile stuff is thoroughly packaged, everything else just as much as necessary. As little plastic as possible as far as I can remember. I just keep on buying stuff there.

Scammers
Ordered Lamb of god into oblivion vinyl. Received poorly packed and damaged. Tried to contact them two times, no answer. Opened paypal dispute then got answer. Sent the vinyl back to them and dispute time closed. I supposed to get full refund and postage fees. Now the scammer company is ghosting me again and no refund.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY STORE HANDLED BY BSI MERCH!

quick, friendly and easy!!
I ordered merch from my favorite band which goes through BSI merch. I ordered two items as soon as they dropped but didn’t look at the measurements close enough, so i emailed the team and asked if i could size up before the process my order and they did it with no issue! the whole team was extremely kind and helpful and also quick to respond!

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company unless you are happy to receive half your order & then receive constant empty promises that the rest of the order will be delivered, only to continue to wait for it to be dispatched. Ordered the Foo Fighters new album and a hoodie. Album was delivered the day after release but despite the hoodie being ordered at the same time (in early March) and available for immediate dispatch, I have still not received it. Been told in 2 emails they ‘will look into it’ but it is now almost 2 months since I ordered the hoodie (with a £13 delivery fee!) and I’m still waiting to receive it!
