Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. They have no concern for their customers.
I contacted them regarding an order as I had received a defective item and they told me to buy a return label to return the order so that they could refund it. I proceeded to return the order and was not refunded the shipping label I had to buy even though the item was return because it was damaged. They then proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t refund the label because I didn’t ask if they could before returning it, even though they know it’s wrong. Just unbelievable.
Answer to the reply:
I have not been refunded for the return fee, that is a blank out lie!

Ink all over the tshirt then put a small as a exchange and wanted money too hold the small poor service edited for reply that’s not the case my order has not been instantly shipped so now I missed out on the size as it’s out of stock and you did want double the price of the tshirt to instantly send the replacement when my shirt was sent damaged also doesn’t state I will receive my refund plus shipping when a damaged item is sent so I have lost out on shipping fees when it’s not my mistake

I am so sorry to hear this has happened with one of the items received from us, this is not the standards we expect for our customers. I can see the item had 2 slight small black marks on. This has been processed through our returns portal for an exchange of a smaller size.
We do not ask for funds to hold the size for the exchange, the only reason you will be asked for the funds to be held from your account, is if you select that you would like an instant exchange. This means that as soon as your return request is submitted by yourself, the exchange order is automatically dispatched from us and shipped to you before we have received your return items back.
The funds are held in your account until the return is received as a back up. Once the return is received and processed, the funds are released back into your account.
So sorry for any confusion.

I am so sorry to hear this however this is not the case. The code you provided to us via email, was not a public code and was actually an internal code not to be used by the public.
You did not place an order with this and we did not then change this after and charge you more. You tried to use the code at checkout, this did not work and reverted you back to the checkout page again removing the code from the checkout which is then when you emailed our CS team.
We explained this within the email thread and explained this was unable to be honoured as this was not a public code, but an internal use only one.

still not received my order from over 2months ago, no urgency to resolve. They are clearly using bots in their emails so rude and inaccurate. I have bought a lot in the past and previously rated highly, they’ve lost me future custom. terrible customer service
