I wish I could give 10 stars, but 5 is the maximum!
Since the jacket was a bit unusual in terms of sizing, (I started with an XL and ended up with an M, as the jacket has a rather unusual fit) I really appreciated the excellent service when I had trouble finding the right size. Anyway, the jacket is wonderful and very modern!

My first experience with this brand
I have to give credit to their customer support team, especially Charlotte, who responded immediately and resolved the issue very quickly.
This was my first order, and unfortunately, the shirt arrived with a stain and several loose threads. It seems the quality control could have been better. Nevertheless, Charlotte arranged for a brand-new shirt to be sent to me, which arrived within just two days, in perfect condition and without any additional charges.
Overall, I have to say that the quality of the clothing is not quite as good as I expected, especially considering the brand’s premium positioning.
I’m giving 5 stars to the customer support team for handling the issue so quickly and professionally, but only 3 stars for the product quality. Hopefully, the quality control will improve in the future.

Very poor
Very poor, I received my order and noticed immediately that it had been worn and returned, the shirt was covered in marks and smelt of perfume. The item is a white shirt so the marks are very obvious, I’m unsure how this return has slipped the net and been re-sent out.
I immediately contacted customer care who replied very promptly but told me that I would need to return the item and it would be reviewed by them before a decision is made regarding me receiving the refund, this is a very unfair policy, as now I am reluctant to return the item as a refund isn’t guaranteed, through no fault of my own I’d loose the item itself and the price I paid to buy it on top of the P&P/Returns fee …. if it isn’t accepted which is looking unlikely considering the condition of the item!

I am so sorry to hear this is how you received your item and regarding the service provided.
I can see the returns request was processed and accepted on our end for you to return it however as you can understand, we will investigate the item when this is returned and received back with our returns team as we use reporting systems to see if this item had ever been sent out to another customer before you to warrant this damage and also whether this did indeed slip the net when it came to being returned and re packaged by the returns team or if this is something that was not sent from us in this condition to start off with.
We hope you can understand that this process is in place to protect us and yourself.

II am so sorry to hear you have not received a response to your email. I can see you emailed us on the 29th July and one of our CS agents did response to your email on the same day, 29th July confirming the return details.
You are outside the 14 day returns window to receive a refund therefore this is the reason why you were only granted a store credit refund or exchange.
