let down
Wanted to write a decent review after ordering just yesterday and receiving my order in just a day with standard delivery but I received the items to find a pack of opened cigarettes in the pocket of the shorts I ordered and to top it off they also sent the wrong t-shirt..
Bad experience I’m not saying it’s a bad company but quality control is obviously needed. Was my first time purchasing from them and although the items were nice I probably won’t be returning

I am so sorry to here this was your first experience with us, this is not the standards we expect for our customers at all.
I can see you have registered a return for the items which has been accepted. You are welcome to return the items for further inspection, We can see that the specific items you were sent, were brand new and had never been sent out to a customer before or came back as a return so very unsure how these have been delivered to you with things in the pockets,
The returns team will investigate this further as soon as these are received back.

I am so sorry to hear this. I can see you are an international customer and this was being delivered to The Netherlands. Some times shipping can take a little longer due to delays with the couriers or customs clearance delays.

I ordered my parcel a week ago and still not received my order. I was wanting the item as to be here in time, ordered in advance as needed for 8/8. Still no sign or parcel.

Unwilling customer service team
Delivery service from Evri meant that I haven't received my goods. Contacted customer services to open an investigation only to be met with the response 'I can confirm this is your address in the proof of delivery image as the drivers GPS is right outside number 3 and after checking google maps of the property this does match the image provided by the driver.' We live in a residential area where all houses in excess of 4 roads are all identical. Thery have no will to help provide either a replacement with a different courier or a refund. Disgusting service from both customer service to delivery service.
Would not recommend.

I am so sorry to hear this is the case with your delivery. I can see the communication between you and our CS manager and can see the proof of delivery is exact to the address, the drivers GPS is right outside number 3 when the parcel was scanned as delivered and the proof of delivery image matches google maps.
The 3 proof of delivery images you have also provided from previous deliveries, also look like these were left in similar safe places outside the property and were received by yourself.
I can see we have sent you the legally binding document to hand sign and send back to us so a full investigation can be raised with the courier on your behalf which we have not yet received back.
Once we have this back, we can raise this further with the courier for you.

Bestel hier niet. Ik heb een grote bestelling gedaan en tot mijn grote verbazing zag ik bij het uitpakken van het pakket maar 1 artikel. Na contact via de mail wordt simpelweg gezegd dat de vervoerder niet weet wat er mis is gegaan en ik dus kan fluiten naar mijn producten of geld. Schandalige manier van klantenservice naar mijn mening. Ik bestel hier nooit meer

I am so sorry to hear items were missing from the parcel when this was delivered to you.
I can see a full investigation was raised with the courier and DPD have stated that there was no damage to the parcel when this was received. Therefore impossible for the items to have not been inside when this was delivered and therefore have denied any claim for us to received and process a refund for these,

I like the idea of the returns process incentives. But to work you need to allow discount codes too. Otherwise you’ll always end up worse off than just normally returning.

I am so sorry to hear this is howyou feel regarding our international returns procedure.
We currently do not offer a pre paid label returns service for international customers however there may be something in the works for this.
We ask that you return the order with a trackable service, add our address to the front of the parcel and return this with your own preferred courier paying for the duties and taxes and returns cost.
Keep hold of the returns receipt as the proof of return.
