Awful service for returning packages. It’s impossible to send something back from the Netherlands. Won’t order again.

I am so sorry to hear this is howyou feel regarding our international returns procedure.
We currently do not offer a pre paid label returns service for international customers however there may be something in the works for this.
We ask that you return the order with a trackable service, add our address to the front of the parcel and return this with your own preferred courier paying for the duties and taxes and returns cost.
Keep hold of the returns receipt as the proof of return.

Our CS team have provided you with the legally binding document that needs completing and sending back so we can have this raised with the relevant team and courier.

Best brand I’ve used
I went abroad with a couple T-shirts from the brand and one night before going out they one of them got ruined so me being gutted dropped a dm to them on instagram explaining the situation within 24hours Scott and jimmy (company director and head of community ) responded with a solution saying they could send me a replacement a few days later I received 2 T-shirts which are now some of my favourite clothes I own would highly recommend to any new customers or existing
