I ordered a Tshirt then tried to edit the order to add another for my daughter but ended up with a separate order for the two. I emailed the team who responded the same day and cancelled the one Tshirt order. Looking forward to receiving mine and my daughter's Tshirts, very happy! I think the edit order part could be improved on but customer service was spot on!

The color condition of my hoodie deteriorated over time but the issue was solved promptly and swiftly thanks to the help of Synth. I expected to be dragged along as the return window for the product was gone but my issue was recognized and sorted immediately. Very pleasant experience!

I purchase products. But did not get any. And the products got delayed alot. And than it got lost. And there were alot of mails back and forth and it was just a waste of my time. But luckily it got resolved in the end where i at least got my money back or thats what they said would happen but i dont know i dont have the money yet il just keep waiting. End result not happy.

Great service! Pre-ordered a vinyl, but then changed my mind on which version I wanted. They answered within minutes with a solution and were very kind and helpful during the whole conversation.

It was great however response was a little slow,I had ordered the Zara Larson signed vinyl and had asked if the signature was hand signed by Zara (as autopen has been circulating recently) and the ‘expert’ did confirm it was hand signed so relieved. Thanks.
